The room was nice, but the toilet was old and wifi wasnt working in our room. The hotel is close to places to visit in the city. It has a good location.
Perfect location for your stay in Valladolid! The hotel has a lovely relaxing courtyard and is full of character! We enjoyed our stopover in Casa Aluxes hotel.
Nicely decorated, clean and spacious rooms, facing a lovely garden and pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location: close to the city center, but on a quiet street. A great place to stay in Valladolid!
Lovely place! Stayed at Hotel Casa Aluxes for the first time a couple weeks ago for three nights. I loved it in Valladolid and at the hotel so much that I decided to come back.
I especially love the peaceful vibes here, it’s the best. It’s a little oase very close to the hustle and bustle of the city.
It’s a pretty and comfortable place with a kind staff and fine working WiFi! Highly recommend staying here.
Also, the ADO bus terminal is very nearby, which is great.
Casa Aluxes is the perfect place to stay in Valladolid. It offers charming rooms, swimming pool and beautiful garden oasis just few meters from the heart of the town. I would recommend this place to everyone to have this beautiful experience of real Mexican hospitality ❤️ Thank you, Vania ????
We had a great stay at the Hotel Casa Aluxes.
The check-in was smooth, the staff was very helpful, the room was spacious for 4 of us, and the rooftop bar was great and reasonably priced.
We were especially relieved to find that there was plenty of free parking in the courtyard.
Valladolid is a lovely, authentic Mexican city, which was quite refreshing after visiting Cancun and Riviera Maya.
Very nice place to stay. Perfect location and really cosy design. Cheap a very good margarita in bar. Staff is very helpful and friendly. And as a bonus - best conchinita pibil tacos just around the corner. Private parking included.
Great hotel in the center of Valladolid. Moreover, the staff is the best ;) I left my Kindle there and they found it. Then, they were in touch with me all the time, so we were able to organize a way of returning my device.
The location is very good. Walking distance to the main center, the church, restaurants, shops and historical places.
The staff can be very rude. Don't try to make request to get early and drop your bags because they don't allow it before 3 pm. They offer that you leave your belongings near the check in area but is unlock and therefore isn't safe to me. They close at 10 pm and open at 8 am so we had to open the gate for the car manually and since reception was closed at 7:20 am, I had to leave the keys in the room. Actually the lady came out in the reception area since we were calling via phone and she said we could leave the room keys there in the bar area... which it was very uncomfortable suggestion. Finally, the room had the AC on top of the king bed and we were cold during the night because is too hot for turn off the AC. Is not a good location for the elderly.
