L’hôtel est très beau ainsi que la chambre, par contre le lit est petit.

Excelente hospedaje, la atención del personal es excelente, destacando Daniela, de recepción. Los detalles de amenidades, decoración, y servicios te hacen sentir como en casa. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del Centro, pero lejos del barullo y el tráfico. Súper recomendable.

El lugar está super lindo, los detalles en las habitaciones maravilloso, las camas cómodas, el aire acondicionado funciona perfecto, la comida muy rica, el pan buenísimo ????
Pero lo mejor es la atención, Daniela y Farid siempre atentos y protos a ayudar ????

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer war geräumig und schön eingerichtet.

Frühstück hatte alles was man brauchte. Wenn Bedarf ist können noch gegen Entgelt weitere Gerichte dazu bestellt werden. Man sitzt sehr schön.

Lage ist gut, man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß bei den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, zum ADO Busterminal ebenso ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Unser Zimmer hatte leider kein Fenster das man öffnen konnte. Der Raumduft war uns viel zu penetrant, da hätten wir gerne gelüftet.

Die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert, so dass man nachts die Straße recht laut hört.

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön - es hat eine gemütliche und einladende Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind groß ,sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum ist ein großer Pluspunkt, da man zu Fuß schnell dorthin gelangen kann.

Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass für den Parkplatz eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 150 Pesos pro Nacht erhoben wird. Das sollte beachtet werden, wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen.

Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde gerne wiederkommen.

Location is great, walking distance from points of interest.
Hotel is well decorated and room amenities were excellent.
Included breakfast is pretty basic (fruits, pastries and drinks) and you may buy extra dishes from the menu.

Super cute hotel with great service and an excellent location! Very comfy beds (not too hard and not too soft), adorable decor. A special shout out to Farith and Daniela who both are absolutely spectacular at hospitality! They both went above and beyond.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Viva Merida Hotel with my family, and I cannot express enough how amazing our experience was. From the moment we walked in, the staff's exceptional service made our stay truly unforgettable.

The first thing that struck us was the warm and welcoming reception we received. The reception team, including the lovely reception girls and guy, (very rude on our part to not get their names ) but they were incredibly attentive. They not only greeted us with genuine smiles but also made us feel like valued guests throughout our entire stay.

One of the most delightful surprises was when they generously upgraded us to a larger room at no extra charge. This unexpected gesture added an extra layer of comfort to our stay and allowed our family to enjoy our time even more. When we requested a late check-out, they didn't hesitate to accommodate our request, ensuring our convenience until the very end of our stay.

What truly stood out was the staff's unwavering dedication to ensuring our stay was magnificent. They worked long hours, yet their smiles never faded, making us feel like their top priority. Their willingness to go above and beyond to meet our needs and preferences left us truly impressed.

The daily breakfast provided by the hotel was just what we needed to kickstart our days of exploration. The portion sizes were perfect, and the variety of options ensured there was something for everyone in our family. And let's not forget the coffee - it was nothing short of perfection, giving us the energy to take on each day with enthusiasm.

Location-wise, couldn't have been better situated. It's just a short five or six-block walk away from Plaza Central, where every night was filled with exciting events. Friday nights, in particular, were a highlight as the entire area came alive. The atmosphere was electric, with the entire town gathering to have a great time. Staying at this hotel allowed us to be part of this vibrant local experience with ease.

In conclusion, our stay was an absolute pleasure. The exceptional staff, the free room upgrade, their willingness to accommodate our requests, and the perfect location made it an unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a remarkable and comfortable stay in . We can't wait to return!

Excelente hotel. Muy céntrico. Cómodo, moderno sin perder la esencia de la casona que es. Una decoración increíble, muy limpio y la atención del personal excelente y amable. Espero volver muy pronto!

Luogo incantevole al centro di Merida. Restituisce una sensazione di piacevolezza, confort e benessere. Davvero caratteristico con una colazione meritevole adatta anche a noi europei, buonissima la frutta di stagione!

Precioso con piscina , que se agradece. No le pongo más porque para ir al de la habitación hay que subir un piso por escalera empinada. Por lo demás bien
