南仏旅行の拠点として、4泊しました。場所はアヴィニョンの中心のいちばんにぎやかなところですが、ホテルの中はとても静かで落ち着けます。
朝ごはんも、とっても美味しかったです。
古いホテルで素敵ですが、残念ながら3夜連続で、深夜に私の部屋のブレーカーが落ちて停電！毎朝復旧を頼まなければならず、少々うんざり（笑）
それを除けば、バスタブ付きのお風呂に入れますし、冷蔵庫もあるし、周りには数え切れないほどのレストラン。ゆっくり滞在するには完璧なホテルと思います。
朝ごはんも、とっても美味しかったです。

A really great hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke great English. The location is incredible, inside the old city walls and right next to many places to eat, modern art museum Collection Lambert and the Palace of the Popes.
The plane is made from 2 buildings that were connected together so there's some idiosyncrasies to the layout but if you want a boring predictable hotel with long boring hallways that all look the same go to Las Vegas. Europe is about the vibes.
The daily breakfast was really next level, something I don't say often about a complimentary hotel breakfast. In conclusion it's a bit expensive but worth the price if you want a really comfortable experience in the center of Avignon. Great work L'équipe Horloge!

Nous y sommes allés par deux fois. Pour des suites junior et une chambre moins spacieuse, un même plaisir. Voilà un hôtel bien tenu, un personnel aimable respectueux du client, un emplacement privilégié. Nos petits enfants ont adoré la literie et leur petit déjeuner. Avignon est encore plus belle dès lors que vous y êtes bien logés. Nous y retournerons pour la ville et pour l’hôtel.

Solo hemos pasado una noche y, aunque hemos estado cómodos, la habitación era bastante pequeña. Entendemos que se trata de un hotel muy antiguo y que cuesta adaptar a los nuevos tiempos. De todos modos, se nota que se ha reformado en gran parte, por lo que no le damos demasiada importancia al tamaño de la habitación (también entendemos que habrá otras más grandes).
Lo mejor, el desayuno amplio y muy bueno, y sobretodo la ubicación (junto al ayuntamiento y a 3 min andando del palacio de los papas).
Importante mencionar que con la reserva hemos disfrutado de descuento en el parking junto al palacio de los papas.

Excellent hôtel . Je remercie chaleureusement toute l’équipe de l’hôtel qui sont tous super sympa et serviable envers leurs clients. Vous pouvez leurs demander ce que vous voulez ils feront toujours leurs possible pour vous aider.
Concernant la chambre on a tester la chambre tradition qui est bien mais trop petite. On a donc pris la suite junior pendant plusieurs nuit qui est juste au TOP. Grande et confortable.
Pour le petit déjeuner ils est généreux, de bonne qualité et pour tout les goûts. De plus l’horaire d’accès de 7h à 11h30 est parfait et abordable pour tous.
Je n’hésiterais pas à revenir dans cet hôtel si l’occasion me le permet.
Pas de parking ????️ mais le parking partenaire des papes est disponible à 3mn à pieds avec rabais de 20% pour les clients de l’hôtel.

Terrible! The room was TINY, had no water for the boiler so I took one from the minibar and they charged me 8€ for a small water bottle! Moreover, the sheets were dirty when we checked in. I definitely recommend not going to this hotel.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our great location and breakfast. However, we are very sorry that your experience with us did not live up to your expectations.
We sincerely regret the problems you encountered with the size of the room, the supply of hot water and the charge for bottled water. Your comfort is our priority and we take your concerns very seriously. You should know that we offer twelve different room categories, of varying sizes. Surely a Junior Suite would have better suited your needs?
After investigation, we haven't had any problems with the boiler recently... or any reports from other guests. As for the charge of €4 for the two bottles of water you used from the minibar, it seems justified. We have 2 water fountains and an ice machine available free of charge in the hotel.
As for the dirty sheets, we are extremely sorry for this inconvenience. Clearly this does not meet our standards of cleanliness and excellence. Your comments will be shared with our cleaning team to ensure that such incidents are avoided in the future.
We want to restore your confidence in our establishment. Should you decide to give us another chance in the future, we would be honoured to welcome you back and provide you with a much more satisfying experience.

L'albergo non è male ma abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza col personale
Al check in ci hanno detto che la colazione non era inclusa ed al check out, per caso, hanno detto che era stata pagata ( tramite agenzia)! Ovviamente si tutelano con cauzioni o carte di credito ma se sbagliano loro non si può fare niente.

Un bel hôtel, central, à la déco plutôt sympa. Le petit déjeuner est agréable, surtout sur la partie sous la verrière. C'est un dédale d'escaliers ! L'ascenseur était en panne lors de notre séjour mais le staff a tout de suite proposé de se charger des bagages. Pas de volet à la chambre
