L'atelier Laurel ofrece clases de cocina y asesoramiento culinario en el corazón de la Provenza. Stéphanie, la propietaria, es californiana y tras estudiar en Ferrandi y trabajar en Baumanière, ofrece cursos en su taller o a domicilio. Su hierba estrella es el Laurel. Destaca en la cocina con productos locales. Salmonetes, tians, costillar de cordero de Fontvieille o pequeños platos rellenos. A partir de septiembre para los locales ofrece los fundamentos de los grandes chefs: cortar, hacer un caldo, etc. ¡Para ofrecer o para darse un capricho!

Our cooking class with Stephanie was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Provence. She came with to our rental home with ingredients and cooking tools required. Then under her instruction, together with our son and daughter-in-law we all prepared the most delicious, authentic meal. She was knowledgable of the area and taught us great cooking tips. It was a genuine delight spending time with her.

Stephanie came to our rental property to cook for our family of 10 and the meal was amazing! We ALL went back for seconds and thirds of every item - she explained each meal thoroughly in English and gave us great background and detail on every item. She did great work - would recommend to anyone that comes to the area!

Chef Stephanie was amazing for a private cooking experience for all 10 of us at our AirBnB. Spoke multiple languages to help explain the dish to everyone as well. Highly recommend.

Le cours de cuisine avec Stéphanie a été un grand moment de cuisine et de dégustation. Elle sait se mettre à notre portée, avec calme et enthousiasme. Nous n'avons pas vu le temps passer ! Et alors que dire de la dégustation qui a suivi... Les viandes, légumes, sauces, tout se mariait parfaitement. Le dessert était un exemple de légèreté et de saveurs. A recommander fortement
