The location is really unbeatable, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff is so nice and the rooms are clean. We enjoyed the breakfasts daily and coffee service. There are 3 restaurants on the street below and we tried them all. La Dolce Vita was my favorite but all 3 were really good.

Visiting for the Cannes Film Festival for work and woke up my first morning to find two bedbugs in the bed. I took video and photos and showed them to the hotel staff. They put me up in an apartment for the rest of my stay, and I missed one and a half days of meetings due to having to move, hot wash and sanitize all of my clothing and belongings. When I asked for a refund for the two missed days they said they have never had bedbugs and denied me. The hotel has musty carpet and large cracks in the floorboards behind the bed where I think the bugs came from.

Beware!!!! This place is a scam. We had booked rooms through an online booking site, and they charged us on 8 separate occasions for the cost of the rooms.

Yes, you read that correctly -- not only did we pay directly through the online booking site, they also charged our credit card eight separate times directly and refused to refund the $36,122.46 that they stole.

DO NOT trust these people -- they are con artists!
