I’m really surprised at how good the reviews are because there is no way this is a 4-star hotel

Pros
-Close to a metro stop
-Quiet neighborhood

Cons
-No hot water, it’s lukewarm no matter what time you shower
-Not clean - so much random hair all over the place
-Mold in the bathroom
-Funny smell
-No place to put toiletries or your luggage, don’t mind a small room but this was hard to navigate
-The service wasn’t great, they told me to wait for my room and they’d let me know. They forgot about me and I had to ask again and they said my room was ready. So I was just sitting there after a long flight when I could have been in my room.
-The heat doesn’t work above a certain temperature. So if it’s a colder day or cold in the morning, you won’t be able to turn up the heat.
-Mattress is old and squishy

The Hotel is super well located, near both Lafayette and Gare du nord. The rooms are ideal for a short stay since they are quite small. Everything was very clean and with all the amenities one needs. Super nice and helpful staff as well!

Amazing

Amazing 4-star hotel with super cozy rooms and great staff. I stayed pretty much at every hotel in the area and this is by far the best one.

We spent our honey and babymoon at Hotel Maison Mère and loved every minute of it! The room was spacious and so clean and we had the loveliest notes and balloons in our room. The bathroom was clean and i enjoyed the bathtub every night after long days of walking. Pute bliss! The Parisian breakfast that we ordered once to our room was delicious and so much for a very reasonable price! The mist comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in! Also, the hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful and really made us feel at home. I‘ve visited Paris many many times and this was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Highly recommend! Thank you fir making our honeymoon so memorable!!

A very cosy little hotel near the Gare du Nord. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable and shower very good. Breakfast excellent. The only downside was that the accommodation itself was rather cramped!! But fine for an overnighter....

I stayed at MM between 28.11 - 01.12. My main concern was my every night rest. I got plenty of uninterrupted sleep at Maison Mere.
I stayed before at other hotels in the area and experienced bad night rest, because of metros passing at night, triggering mini-earthquakes in the room, deliveries at 2 a.m. in the morning or drunken young people, chatting at 3 a.m. in the morning about the "shape of the black hole in hyperspace".
I highly recommend Maison Mere for people whose main priority is a good night rest.

Edit 2024:
I stayed again at MM between 11.03 - 15.03, room 102, but this time, despite being in a room facing the inside court, I was unlucky to have noisy neighbours above or in room 104. I needed to take sleeping pills (benzodiazepines + antihistamines), use earplugs and a pillow over my head, to get something resembling a night "rest". Noises were present after 10 p.m.: around 11 p.m., 12:40 a.m. and 3:40 a.m. When I called the Reception to express my concern, on the second night, I was told that they will take care of it, and, on the last night, I was told that guests are allowed to make noise until midnight.

フロントの方も親切で、お部屋も綺麗で最高の旅になりました。ありがとうございます。
到着してのウェルカムドリンクも嬉しかった。
シャワーの水圧も問題なく、冷蔵庫もコーヒーメーカーもついていて，毎朝美味しいエスプレッソを飲むことができました。
立地も地下鉄の駅から近いので、観光にも便利。モノポリやカフェなどもあって助かりました。
またパリに行くことがあったら利用したいです。ありがとうござました。

My best stay in Paris in a long time! Will definitely come back.. The location, the staff, the room, the touches, the breakfast was all just perfect. Nous avons passé une excellente nuit dans l'hôtel Maison Mère.
La décoration est faite avec style et classe. De nombreuses attentions vous y attendent. La literie est de super qualité (point très important) !
Et l'équipe est vraiment super !

Only place we’d stay in Paris going forward! The staff were so incredibly welcoming and warm. The rooms are on the smaller side, as most in Europe are, but the bathroom was beautiful, balcony; a walk out! and the room very modern feeling( bed super comfortable)

We also went to dinner at their restaurant. It was a very cool experience. Know it’s many courses and meant to be enjoyed when you are not in a rush. For us it was perfect!

We found it to be easily walkable to everything and the area had so many amazing bars and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back!

何よりこのホテルのスタッフはとても素敵で笑顔で安心できます。
部屋はとても綺麗で広く、最近リニューアルしたためか最新の設備が整っています。静かで何泊でもしたいです。部屋に入るとメッセージ、トートバッグ、ちょっとしたお菓子、お花????があり最高な空間が広がってます。
無料のミネラルウォーター、冷蔵庫、ケトルあります。シャワーの水圧も強くて良かったです。
モーニングを2泊分取りましたが、モーニングも美味しかったです。フルーツも多くウェルカムドリンクもあり、最高なパリの旅になりました。

パリ????????に再び行く時は必ずこのホテルに泊まりますし友人にもオススメ出来るホテル第1位です。
最寄りの地下鉄の駅から徒歩4分です。オペラ座のバス停からホテルまでも地下鉄の時間を入れて15分ぐらいでした。
宿泊した時に日本人も泊まっていたため日本人にも人気なんだと思います。
初めての海外旅行でパリを訪れたのですが、素敵なホテルを見つけました。ぜひ泊まってみてください。

C'est un très bel hôtel. Lorsque j'ai fait ma réservation, j'ai regardé les critiques et j'ai hésité à choisir un autre hôtel, mais je n'avais aucun doute que cet hôtel était fait pour moi.
Surtout, le personnel de cet hôtel est très gentil et souriant et vous met à l'aise.
Les chambres sont très propres et spacieuses, et sont équipées des équipements les plus récents, probablement parce qu'elles ont été récemment rénovées. C'est calme et j'aimerais y rester aussi longtemps que je le souhaite. Lorsque vous entrez dans la pièce, il y a des messages, des sacs fourre-tout, des petites friandises et des fleurs ????, créant un espace merveilleux.
De l'eau minérale gratuite, un réfrigérateur et une bouilloire sont disponibles. La pression de l'eau dans la douche était forte et bonne.
J'ai pris le petit déjeuner pendant deux nuits et le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Il y avait beaucoup de fruits et un verre de bienvenue, ce qui en faisait un excellent voyage à Paris.
Je voudrais donner une critique à des dizaines d'étoiles.

Quand je retournerai à Paris ????????, je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel et c'est l'hôtel numéro un que je recommande à mes amis.
Il se trouve à 4 minutes à pied de la station de métro la plus proche. Il a fallu environ 15 minutes de l'arrêt de bus Opera House à l'hôtel, y compris le temps de métro.
Je pense que c'est populaire parmi les Japonais car il y avait des Japonais là-bas lorsque j'y suis resté.
J'ai visité Paris pour mon premier voyage à l'étranger et j'ai trouvé un merveilleux hôtel. S'il vous plaît, essayez de rester là-bas.

Parfait ! Je ne peux rien dire de plus car c’est un hôtel qui a été une expérience formidable du tous les points :
L’accueil hyper sympa et chaleureux
Les chambres très cosy, le lit une pure merveille !
Les produits de qualité (Nuxe au miel un vrai bonheur)
Le petit dej parfaitement servi et bon !

Bref on voulait plus partir !
