El personal súper amable, y dispuesto a darte una recomendación si lo necesitas.
Las habitaciones son como en las fotos, bastante cómodas, espacio reducido pero suficiente para compartir con otra persona. El personal de limpieza bastante amable también y cambian las toallas si lo requieres.
El hotel tiene buenísima ubicación como punto de partida para turistear París duranre el día. Todo bien, definitivamente volvería.
Las habitaciones son como en las fotos, bastante cómodas, espacio reducido pero suficiente para compartir con otra persona. El personal de limpieza bastante amable también y cambian las toallas si lo requieres.

Breakfast is okay, the rooms are great though. Clean and spacious. Coffe, tea and abd fridge can be found in the room.

Je ne donnerai même pas une étoile service à la réception zéro

EDIT: pour faire retour à votre réponse suite à mon avis, cette photo a été prise par mon téléphone donc comment vous expliquer cela si vous dite que ce que je dit est fake ? De deux Google map vérifie nos avis avant de les poster depuis notre Timeline qui précise si on était vraiment dans cette endroit ou pas. J’ai donner mon avis sincère de la personne qui m’a réceptionné, il n’avait même pas un nom accroché pour que je puisse le savoir, déjà que je n’ai pas à me justifier, vous votre façon de me reparler explique tout, et aussi comment vous traiter les personnes

LOCATION IS THE BEST!
We stayed here only two nights for New Years 2024 and it was totally worth it!
The location of this hotel offers one of the best crepe restaurants in all of Paris + restaurant “Mamie” has a generous 8ounce steak tartare for only €15.
Xavier and Jimmeh are the best at the front desk..together they provided a top customer service experience.. you can feel that they are honest and caring representatives of the hotel.
Don’t be cheap, upgrade to a nicer room with a balcony you won’t regret it… otherwise you’ll be stuck complaining about how small your room is not appreciating the location and the beautiful view outside , upgrading to a nicer room gives you space to scape from your spouse haha or just enjoy viewing the tip top of the Eiffel tower (not the the entire Eiffel tower, but who cares, it is good enough view for the price!) + a view of the beautiful church.
I would definitely stay here again, there’s a liter of fresh warm tea waiting for you in the lobby and fresh croissants in the morning for you to take to go before your long beautiful stroll of Paris stay at the hotel Joann you will not regret it, Xavier and Jimmeh got you covered!

Tiene muy buena comunicación.Es una zona q tiene muchas tiendas y bares.Mucho ambiente.Cerca el hard rock,
La habitación pequeña muy pequeña,el baño diminuto,sin armario.
No hablan español salvo una,qué se llama Ángela,muy maja.
Hay tetera,sin mueble bar.
No hay vistas. La ventana da a un patio interior.

Un hotel veramente carino e sopratutto pulitissimo. Personale disponibile h24 e gentile, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia appena arrivati che quando ce ne siamo andati (senza costi aggiuntivi.
La zona è circondata di locali e baretti facendoti sentire sempre in un posto tranquillo e sicuro, in 20 minuti di camminata si raggiunge il Louvre

Sehr hellhörig, Badezimmer ist kaum 1 qm groß. Man muss die Schlüssel abgeben, wenn man außer Haus geht, das nervt etwas.

Hôtel parfait, réceptionnistes accueillants, chaleureux. Restée pour 1 nuit mais très satisfaite. A proximité de tout (commerces, restaurants, métro,...)

Recepcionistas foram inexcedíveis. Fomos aqui parar porque quando chegamos a Paris , o hotel que tínhamos inicialmente reservado a estadia de 3 noites, cancelou a reserva sem nos avisar nem motivo. Desesperados , fomos “ bater” à porta deste hotel. Já era muito tarde, a Sra recepcionista , viu o nosso desespero , fez de tudo para nos arranjar uma solução. Agora agradeço ao hotel que cancelou a nossa reserva, pois adorei ficar aqui. Quartos limpos, o pequeno almoço muito agradável , e os funcionários muito, muito simpáticos . Quanto à localização, é excelente. Rodeado de restaurantes , perto do metro ( não usamos, pois gostamos de caminhar e o hotel fica perto e de acesso fácil a todos os locais emblemáticos) . Recomendo . Obrigada a toda a equipa.

We know very well that all the hotel rooms in Paris are small… Every time we go to Paris we have this in mind but the shower cabin of this lovely hotel is extra small. I am a big guy (1m90cm) but the cabin is small even for moderate people. We have reserved a superior room and the hotel upgraded to a room with balcony… that was great… The people at the reception are very nice. Especially Angela????. Breakfast is recommended as well. Elevator is an advantage..
