Elegante brasserie con terraza que ofrece cocina tradicional, neoexótica, asiática e internacional.
El espíritu de los Máximos plancha en esta brasserie chic con vistas impresionantes a la Escuela Militar. Hay que decir que la carta, sutil maciza entre cocina tradicional (foie gras de pato), neótica (tártaro de salmón especiado), asiática (nem pollo alguacil tailandés), dietética (quinoa y brotes de espinacas) o internacional (chicken caesar salad), es lo suficientemente amplia para que todo el mundo encuentre poco o prou su cuenta. Casting en la sala con una bonita carta de cócteles completa agradablemente el conjunto. Bonita terraza.

Good: Excellent hotel stay, comfy, friendly staff, great location, stylish rooms
Suggestion: Inclusion of USB ports in plugs. Also cleaners arrive late PM, would prefer if they arrived AM.

Hôtel idéalement situé avec des chambres spatieuses, d'une propreté impeccable et équipées comme il se doit. Personnel d'une gentillesse rare, et particulièrement attentif aux clients de l'hôtel. Je recommande vivement ! On est très loin des clichés relatifs au prétendu manque d'hospitalité des hôtels parisiens !

Honestly I was quite worried because hotels tend to look better online than they do in person. This hotel was just as it looks in images. I was pleasantly surprised from start to end. Everyone was kind like SUPREMELY kind. There were no issues with the language barrier (English/French). Everyone either knew English or tried very hard to communicate in super effective ways. When I did encounter an issue (with the tv) I was helped promptly and directly by the person at the front desk. I didn’t try the food but I mean…I don’t usually do that at hotels.
The space was perfect for one person. I think I got their smallest room. If there were two of us…I think it would have been a little tight but so long as we didn’t have much baggage it would be ok. I would suggest getting a larger room if you’re staying longer or have more people with you. But as a solo traveler staying for a short time the room was perfect. They have larger rooms available for sure. I really REALLY appreciated the notes left when I arrived and when I left. It felt so wonderful and welcoming and personal.
I will be staying there again without question.
