Die allerbeste Lage für einen Besuch in Paris. Man fällt aus der Tür ins Leben und hat auch die besten Metro Verbindungen direkt um die Ecke. Man atmet Paris und fühlt sich im 1er Etage Le Marais wie ein Einwohner…
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tips für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. L'endroit est parfaitement situé dans une rue calme en plein coeur de paris. Les chambres sont accessibles de manière simple par code ce qui permet de gagner du temps en éliminant les procédures de check in check out.

Un emplacement idéal au cœur du marais. Un accueil chaleureux. Notre chambre beneficiait d'un calme total.

Endroit super bien situé au cœur du Marais, près de tout. Accueil chaleureux, petit déjeuner copieux servi à tous les matins. De plus, si vous souhaitez prendre un repas pour emporter et le manger à l’hôtel après une longue journée de marche, il est possible de s’installer dans le hall et profiter des tables.
Les chambres sont propres, de taille raisonnable et la décoration soignée.
Je n’hésiterais pas à réserver de nouveau si je retourne à Paris.

Things to know before you book: there is no storefront to this “hotel” - it seems to be situated as one floor within a residential building. We were very disoriented after entering 4 codes to: a barely marked exterior street level door, the door to the musty stairwell, the door to the unit/floor, and then the door to our room. No staff were present when we arrived. The price is high for what you get at this property in the small standard room (the photos provided are not of the standard room). We were very surprised because the rating was 4.7 stars. Read many of the reviews to understand this property. Unless you want an Airbnb or B&B experience within an apartment complex, find another option. Upon arrival, we immediately found another hotel and left. Unfortunately, even though we never stayed here, they charged us for 3 nights and did not refund us, even within the multiple negotiations and requests we made of them. There are much better places to stay for less. We found that. You should too.

It´s the second time we go to 1er. Etage and certainly we will return. Excellent location at Le Marais, good value, the room is confortable and we had a very pleasant stay.

Atypique, chaleureux, enfin un hôtel où l'on se sent chez soi, 5 chambres uniques ,chacune à son propre décor, spacieux, propre.
Quand à l'accueil, je dirais avant tout humain, aimable et chaleureux, Géraldine est de bon conseil si vous voulez découvrir Paris.
En amoureux, vous découvrirez le quartier du Marais, dans un lieu discret au coeur du Marais.

Unique stay in the heart of Le Marais. Great air conditioning, and shower size for Americans, comfortable bed and a hearty breakfast. Thanks for the great accommodation!
