Finally be aware
The website shows modern, renovated rooms. But beware, not all rooms are of this standard. As you can see in the photos online the rooms look renovated, you are mistaken, Probably they renovated one or two rooms for advertisement
It had absolutely nothing to do with the booked and displayed room.
It is completely misleading. This is definitely not a 3 stars hotel.
I'll give it 1 star overall.

En résumé je conseille et lorsque je devrais revenir je n'hésiterais pas à réserver à nouveau l'hôtel Médéric.

Auf der Webseite werden moderne, renovierte Zimmer angezeigt. Aber Achtung, nicht alle Zimmer sind auf diesen Stand. Wie man in den Bildern sehen kann, glich mein Zimmer einer Abstellkammer. Es hatte rein gar nichts mit dem gebuchten und angezeigten Zimmer zu tun. Ich kann verstehen, dass nicht jedes Zimmer genau den Bilder entspricht, aber dieser Unterschied ist nicht vertretbar. Mein Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss direkt neben der Rezeption. Morgens ab 06:30 wurde das Frühstück (was ich auf keinen Fall empfehlen kann) vorbereitet und es war immer sehr laut. Direkt vor dem Fenster stehen die Mülltonnen. Es hat nur eine Steckdose im ganzen Zimmer funktioniert. Das Zimmer und Bad waren alt und abgewohnt. Ich konnte die Tür nicht selbständig öffnen, es musste immer jemand vom Personal aufschließen.
Zusammengefasst eine total Katastrophe. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Bucht lieber bei dem Hotel nebenan. Dort ist man wenigstens ehrlich zu seinen Gästen.
The 4. floor do not have access for disabled people / wheelchairs as the elevator only goes to the 3. floor. Only 5 steps from the elevator on 3rd to 4th floor.
The service was awesome. They were extremely helpful when we had questions about locations or other turist questions ????.
Breakfast was OK - light and straight forward.
There's is a metro station right next to the hotel with easy access and changing possibilities to other lines.
The part of the city is OK. Nice and quite at night, with many restaurants and cafés.
Highly recommend this hotel.
