L'hôtel est très propre, le service est excellent, et j'ai passé quatre jours très agréables. Je remercie chaleureusement Khouloud, Sophia et leurs collègues pour leur accueil chaleureux. Merci beaucoup!

Hotel en muy buen estado, la cama y sabanan muy comodas. El desayuno bueno sin ser 5 estrellas. Lo unico y extraño en Francia no hay crema de cuerpo o manos en el baño. En ña recepcion Giovana y Tatiana MUY amamables.9

Funny reply, our emails: not one but three, sent after the stay, must have ended up in spam hé. That evening, we clearly made our point to her that an apology for her behavior was necessary. However, thanks again for showcasing your poor service.

Weer in Parijs en gelukkig zijn er genoeg andere keuzes. Want we kwamen er achter dat we nog steeds geen excuses of een reactie van de dame of het hotel hebben ontvangen. Voor ons OKKO = KO.

Op de eerste dag was het personeel leuk en aardig, maar op de tweede dag troffen we een emotioneel onstabiele dame die wellicht wat mentale hulp kon gebruiken. Ze gaf ons de schuld van een fout in hun systeem, maar wilde niet naar ons luisteren of geloven. What a shame.

I had a lovely experience at the hotel. Unique architecture, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff (Marianne, Manon and Mithusan) and amazing ambiance. I liked how quiet the hotel is (not at the bustling city centre but with close transportation links to the Metro and Bus). Also, Ienjoyed the free snacks and fruits available at the restaurant.
I will recommend to friends, and stay here when in Paris again!

I had a fantastic five days at OKKO Hotels Paris Porte De Versailles. Every staff member provided exceptional service, and there were free drinks and snacks available around the clock. Solange and Lansen , the member of the restaurant staffs, especially made me and my partners feel incredibly welcomed in Paris. I highly recommend you visit!

Hotel muito bonito e moderno, hospitalidade como nunca vi anteriormente, snacks e bebidas sempre disponíveis gratuitamente, staff incrível. Numa equipa enorme não vi uma única pessoa sem um sorriso rasgado e uma hospitalidade sem precedentes. Recomendo muito.

The hotel location is very nice and condition also very nice to me during staying in 6 days.

If you enjoy this hotel, you can enjoy coffee and some snack as free excluding morning restaurants.

They are very kind and good service to us.

Abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione in questo hotel e siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti. La posizione è molto pratica perché situata vicino alla fiera Porte de Versailles, la linea 8 Balard è a 4 minuti a piedi.Il personale è attento al benessere dei suoi clienti.Ringrazio Khouloud e Manon per la loro efficienza, il servizio. L'aperitivo permette un momento conviviale a fine giornata (cosa che apprezzo molto nella catena OKKO) beh, consiglio questo hotel 4*.Non vedo l'ora di ritornare.

Je dois séjourner au mois de Mai chez eux.
Je réserve sur le site pour 2 personnes avec petite déjeuner inclus.
Je reçois un email pour 1 seule personne.
J'envoie un email, il y a 4/5 mois auquel je n'ai aucune réponse, je renvoi un email hier, on m'appelle ce matin pour me dire que le petit-déjeuner sera en supplément pour la deuxième personne, on essaye de me faire un pseudo-geste en me proposant le premier petit-déjeuner offert, mais pas les autres.
De 1, vous devez attendre 4/5 mois pour une réponse, de 2 aucun geste commercial à la hauteur des services payés de la part de la responsable au téléphone.
Je modifierai mon avis en conséquence du geste (s'il y a) effectué au moment de notre séjour.

Hotel is great as far as locations and service, bathroom structure is a little weird for a foreigner but over all not a problem. It’s walking distance from a coffee shop and a nice store. ATM across the street if you need euros. Would stay again.

Chambre vraiment confortable, literie impeccable, endroit propre. Petit déjeuner bien fourni avec des produits frais. Accueil très sympathique. Tout ce qu'on demande d'un hôtel. Bon, il est situé au bord d'une route passante mais les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Aucun problème
