Muito Bom alojamento. Não se pode considerar um hotel propriamente dito, mas sim uma muito boa pensão de charme, com quartos espaçosos, modernos e muito limpos. Colaboradores muito prestáveis e simpáticos. Ótimo pequeno almoço e receção aberta 24h.

ESTE HOTEL HA SIDO UNA PESADILLA DESDE QUE LLEGAMOS ES UN HOSTAL HORRIBLE, LAS HABITACIONES PEQUEÑAS, EL BUFET RS UN CHISTE ES EN UN CUARTO, NO HABLAN BIEN INGLÉS Y ESPERAN QUE UNO HABLE FRANCÉS, TODO ESTABA SUCIO EN EL BUFET, TUVE QUE HACER FILA PARA PODER SENTARME EN UNA MESA DE COMEDOR Y VUWNFO PUDE ENTRAR YA NO HABÍA NADA TODO ESTÁ SUCIO AHORA ME TOCO COMER EN ESTE LUGAR HORRIBLE. NO ME QUIEREN DEVOLVER EL DINERO, ME QUIEREN HACER FIRMAR UN CONTRATO DE 6 DÍAS. QUE PORQUERÍA DE HOTEL DEBERÍAN CERRARLO, JAMÁS VENGAN ACÁ ! NO TIENEN SUFICIENTE PERSONAL HAY SOLO UNA PERSONA QUE COVINA Y ATIENDE A CASI 6 MESAS AL TIEMPO NO SABE NADA DE IGLES !! En un mot : SUPER !
Derrière la petite entrée discrète se cache une pépite, un petit hôtel idéalement situé par rapport à la gare, avec une belle vue et des chambres très joliment décorées, et des sanitaires propres et modernes. Une mention spéciale au gardien de nuit extrêmement sympa et serviable, super pro et souriant, un vrai plaisir en arrivant d’être ainsi accueillie.
Je n’ai pas eu le plaisir de tester le petit déjeuner car je prenais un train très tôt, mais j’ai clairement trouvé mon point de chute habituel pour tous mes passages dans le quartier de la Gare de l’Est !!!

The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. The website photos are misleading. We saw no bed bugs and they had wash cloths so that was nice. It’s convenient to the train but otherwise not a great location. Staff was very nice. Price was high for what we normally get at that rate. Other reviews are not lying.

Juliana a woman working in Reception was so rude and cheap.
In breakfast room she spy on and stalk on me as if they are serving jewels and i want to steal,OMG.
Another time when service room wanted to clean the room i went to sit in reception but Juliana behaved in a way that i left there and went to sit on street.

Sehr kleine Zimmer. Penner 24/7 direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel ist den Preis nicht wert. Das schlechteste Hotel, dass ich für den Preis in Paris je hatte. Nie wieder!

I have not stayed at this hotel. However, last night I witnessed a man who works at the hotel come outside to pour a bucket of water on the sidewalk in an attempt to force the homeless man who was sitting on the sidewalk to move. The person was sitting at least 10 feet from the hotel, so he wasn’t even near the entrance. The person was also not bothering anyone, he was sitting on the ground minding his business. The employee continued pouring the bucket of water in the man’s direction and eventually got the man wet. If these are the type of people working at this hotel, I’d suggest not staying here. If management is reading this, I’d suggest you re-evaluate the people you have working at your establishment. I would never support a hotel that employs a heartless and aggressive individual like this.

Suite Júnior localização boa acesso a gare de l Est e metro que nos permite deslocarmos facilmente. STAFF super simpático. O menos do hotel foi o local do pequeno almoço que é pequeno.

The main benefit for staying at this hotel is the location, as it is directly in front of the East Train Station in Paris, on the opposite side of the street. This was also the reason why I chose this. Check in is on the first floor, so you have to get in and up one level. Staff was nice, the rooms were ok, the price is a bit high in my opinion, but that comment is valid for all the hotels in Paris. :)

Le buffet du petit déjeuner était agréable avec un accueil chaleureux. Mais il faut avouer que la chambre était vraiment toute petite pour un 4 étoiles...On a pris une chambre Deluxe, je n'ose imaginer les chambre standards...et l'environnement extérieur ne nous met pas en sécurité (nuisances sonores, regroupement de personnes devant la porte de l'hôtel etc.). Malgré tout il faut noter que l'hôtel reste accessible en transport en commun avec un arrêt de bus et un arrêt de métro au pied de l'immeuble, pratique pour visiter Paris.

This is not a 4 star hotel.
The rooms are tiny.
There is no actual lobby as described in the pictures.
The breakfast is OK.
A few examples: No real closet, No table inside the room.
It becomes dense even for a couple with only one suitcase.
Forget about any gim, lobby or a bar.
Noisy enviroment and quite far from the main spots.
