On the tour, Kulan and Jahar were incredibly informative, kind and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we felt safe and comfortable whilst also teaching us lots about the local area.

I was interested in visiting Mongolia after watching some Youtube videos and contacted sunpath by email with a simple question, How much would the 12 day tour of Tsaatan Northern Mongolian tour cost?
Cost of the tours are not mentioned on their website but they seem to be hesitant to let me know about it, Why?!
I told them that I can book my holiday from June onwards but the reply I got was this: Thank you for contacting us. Could you please contact me after confirmed your holiday.

Why can't I know about the expenses? I need to know this BEFORE my travel so I can budget and plan for my holidays.
This makes me think that they are hiding something, Maybe there are hidden charges/fees that they will demand later when I'm already there?
Imagine what level of customer service I will get AFTER I pay them in advance!
