Rooms at level 1 have no fridge. In the current 21st century, it's pretty amazing as I would have deemed it as one of many basic amenities of a room. Toilets need to be refreshed as well. Some doors doesn't close fully, some rooms have no ledge hook to hook on

I left my Bluetooth bose blietooth headset in the room, but unfortunately, their lost and found department didn't record anything. Clearly something is amiss with their housekeeping department
