We stayed at Istoria for 6 nights. Having read great reviews we entered the hotel with high expectations and they did even better than what we expected. The property itself is beautiful but since it’s only 12 suites it is very cozy and never busy. The staff are super attentive and are always on hand for any help/suggestions. Special mention to Isabella from the front desk who goes out of her way to help the guests and we really visited some amazing hidden gems based on her recommendation. Breakfast is the best!! All freshly cooked based on your order. Cocktails are amazing, some very fresh flavours. The hotel staff also organised a rented car for us via another company. 24 hours support on WhatsApp is a great feature. Our hot tub was cleaned daily as well and we as a family had an amazing time!

We stayed here, in the Storia Suite, for 4 nights during a recent trip to Santorini. WE LOVED this hotel!! The best of all the hotels we stayed at on all the islands during our trip. It was smaller than we anticipated, but the service was stellar. Our suite was BEAUTIFUL, the design and decor was amazing, and I wish we could move in to live permanently ????

The entire staff was amazing, from top to bottom! Special shout out to Isabella, Mikalis, and Pavlos for their recommendations and eagerness to ensure everything we wanted/needed was taken care of the entire stay. The food from Mr. E’s was delicious. The pool area was nice. The only negative was the location is 40-50 can ride away from Oia. Other than that, it was PERFECT. We would definitely stay here again and also highly recommend to everyone.

We stayed at Istoria for a week and had the most wonderful experience. Every little detail is well-thought to give this impression of casualness and simplicity, from the entrance of the hotel to everything in your room. Talking about the room, we had couple surprises that were very kind like a glass of wine the day of the arrival, lemonade and biscuits or even little chocolates. On top of that, everyone from the staff was extremely nice and thoughtful to us during the whole week. And I think the photos of the hotel speak for themselves concerning the beauty of the place, the pool is just magical and perfect to host everyone from the 12 rooms, the room is beautifully decorated, the bar and restaurant are very intimate and soothing… Plus the location permits privileged access to the beach, which is beautiful and isn’t that crowded. Also the breakfast and dinner at Mr.E are truly delightful and again very well-thought to be a mix between local dishes and sophisticated meals. Finally I feel important to say that we were able to reach for help and advise about anything at any time of the day through a Whatsapp line with very quick and helpful replies. I would recommend Istoria to everyone wanting to visit Santorini as it is just the perfect hidden gem for a restful vacation and not far from interesting things to visit like Akrotiri, Red Beach, Fira or Ancient Fira.

Beautiful architecture. Great design in a minimalist style design to elevate the functionality of the space.
Food wise. Gorgeous. Great flavours. Full with flavours. So so so tasty can't recommend it enough.
Service wise, Katerina, our waitress was amazing. Professional, approachable, educated and filled with knowledge and beverage selection of needed. Very friendly and amplified our dining experience.
