Un hotel de estilo Art Déco muy cómodo. Las 64 habitaciones están bien decoradas y están bien equipadas con nevera y plancha. Las suites penthouse son sublimes y de diseño. Dos de ellas tienen una terraza con vistas al mar: es un poco caro pero, en el interior y más aún en la terraza, tendrás la sensación de ser una estrella de Miami. Pequeño detalle útil: las habitaciones del tercero y del cuarto piso tienen una estación de escucha para ipod. Por último, el Presidente está equipado para acoger a personas discapacitadas. Buena relación calidad-precio para un establecimiento de Miami Beach.

Es un hotel antiguo pero reformado, por lo que esta bien en general, limpio y la gente muy amable. Si quieres estar en Miami beach, su ubicacion es muy buena. De facil acceso y a pocos metros de la playa. Tambien tienes un parking publico de pago bastante cerca, a dos calles.

We stopped in on our mini vacation and the concierge was an absolute darling, we got to check in earlier and we even got an upgrade free of charge. Their staff were respectful and helpful. This location is a block away from the strip/beach and is in a lovely spot with all the amenities nearby. Overall our stay was 10/10 and would definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is very close (5min) to the beach. The included breakfast is okay. They have scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages and potatoes. There are also cornflakes and some sorts of fruits such as apples or bananas. Overall the breakfast is fine but not extraordinary.
The rooms are very simple.
Not as fancy as presented on their website. Not renovated but still clean.
The lobby and breakfast area is quite modern.
The pool is not very idyllic. Small, old and most of the time crowded.
All in all is this hotel a great choice if you want to spend most of your time at the beach or in the town.
