Un hotel Art Déco de los años 1940 que fue revisado en un espíritu más glamuroso en los años 1950 antes de modernizarse más recientemente, conservando su sello de antaño. Al final, el hotel tiene un estilo muy retro con un toque caribeño pronunciado gracias a un exuberante jardín tropical, a dos pasos de la playa, con acceso directo al mar desde la piscina. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen una decoración igualmente retro que el resto del establecimiento. En el jardín hay un bar de cócteles en una casita de los años 1930 con mobiliario y cuadros de época; es realmente un lugar original para descansar. El restaurante del Seagrape sirve cocina de Florida elaborada por la famosa chef Michelle Bernstein. Entre otras comodidades: un spa y una pequeña sala de fitness.

As a previous customer stated, the air wasn't working. My husband and I told the night shift attendant it was warm in our room (definitely cooler in the hall way than our room) the guy checked out room and confirmed it was warm but started there's no manager until the next morning as well as no maintenance workers workers at night. HORRIBLE customer service. Never again. I expected more with an 8.6 rating but it seems as though they may have been fraudulent.

I booked a double suite in this hotel through Airbnb, however, I was admitted to the ER 22 hours before my trip began due to an allergic reaction, subsequently hospitalized and would not get discharged on time to make my trip. I notified the host immediately and they refused to provide a refund citing cancellation policy, so I asked for them to push my reservation to a later date, which they also refused although I was willing to pay the difference. I also submitted proof of my hospitalization which they did not care for. This is not the first I’m not able to make my reservation due to reasons outside of my control and the hosts has at the very least allowed me to push the reservation for a later time.

I am extremely disappointed by the hosts lack of empathy and unwillingness to help and also with Airbnb for not having a way to hold hosts accountable for emergencies such as mine, I will file a claim and likely get my money back through the insurance I paid for separately but the hosts still gets to make profit and possibly/likely still rent the room to someone else and make even more profit off of my situation.

Belle emplacement, le lit confortable, l'air climatisé fonctionnais très bien, il y avait une glacière,des serviettes de plage,un parasol. Dans l'ensemble c'est très bien.

Middle of everything! Clean room, quiet hall. Perfect ocean view. Large closet, they allowed early check in. Comfy bed! It is an aging hotel, but suits our needs perfectly. Nothing fancy, but we didn't want fancy. We wanted to be able to walk out the back door and be on the water. We succeeded. All the staff have been very friendly thus far. No breakfast, but a cute little Cuban convenience store and deli is just 2 blocks down with delicious foods, pastries, and coffees!
