Immaculately clean, very comfortable casino. I did not stay at the hotel but the pool area was spectacular. Not many cocktail waitresses until after lunch time. Lots of helpful staff around.

Hard Rock Hotel and Casinos suck, I have been an ICON card holder in Florida for the past year but I get my free room offers from Vegas just because I was there once, ???? ridiculous! and no one has been able to help, so I stopped wasting my money here and play and stay in other casinos

Business or pleasure, it’s a wonderful place for both occasions. All areas are spectacular, casino, stores or galleries, restaurants, pool area I love it… plus, it’s pretty close to Hard Rock Stadium.

If you place bets on sports bids, don't expect to be able to watch the games where all the the TVs are For Free... You Have to Pay For Something To Eat To Be Able to Have a seat.. pretty upsetting and unfortunate, especially that you're placing sports bets from kiosks ten steps away... Ridiculous ????
Not to mention that our beds are broken but the rooms are nice.. Horrible sleeping experience. Sliding off a slanted bed at night...

I had a problem with a cashier over a money advance receipt that I was cashing out to play, and now my play card doesn’t have any free play, she even told me, watch what I’ll do to your account, whatever you do, do not argue with host or cashier, they are not professionals here, they are all on their feelings

Service was awesome, and the staff was very easy and polite. The areas of the entire property are kept very clean. Hard Rock properties are tremendous in size, but the signage is better, and of course, all the staff know the layout.

You can tell the economy is tough, and this casino is extremely expensive and a massive luxury at this point! My family lives in Miami and we take trips to the casino occasionally and stay at their hotel occasionally. Love hanging out at the pool area. This particular trip was for my daughters, 21st birthday! We had a great time, but …………. Some of the staff is not the friendliest! Ordering a drink at the pool area is now an “extreme massive luxury” as a 6 ounce watered down cup of piña colada with barely any alcohol, if any at all is $27 (nonsense)!! They automatically add an 18% gratuity onto your bill. No exceptions! Wife ordered a mudslide to the same tone of barely any alcohol for $27 as well! Bucket of Five bottled domestic beers Is $50! Left no room for Casino money. Lol. I find it to be foolish because if drinks were reasonable people would gamble more. I know when I drink I spend more money cause I get stupid ????????????????. Maybe I’m wrong ????????‍♂️. The pool area was not the cleanest either and they allow vaping and you smell it all over the place. Disgusting! Regardless, had a great time with my daughter and will be back at the end of April for a heart concert! Won’t be buying any alcohol at the venue though! I’ll just bring my own alcohol and chug it down before I get onto their property! ????????????. if their drinks were eight dollars or so I would buy seven or eight drinks, but nooooooooo. ????????????

Haven’t yet experienced the rooms but from outside seems fine. Area around is ok as well. The casino seems interesting, try a visit.
Really liked the Guitar shaped infrastructure and the lightings.

So passing chips at the table are a no no, why let someone who is winning pass chips to someone losing? One would think the house would want that, but no, make it make sense. Food is mediocre and staff is foreign, English is a second language.

Loved the guitar hotel. Was a bit disappointed with the Korean BBQ restaurant. Thought they where going to have the food where you cook at the table but found that it was just simple order at your table. However the food was not bad. Still a little pricey.

I had an awesome stay at Hard Rock. Even though I live less than 2 hours away, this was like a mini vacay for me. The room was clean. People there are friendly.
I seen On Your Feet which was phenomenal!
I won a jackpot. Life couldn't get any better.
I would recommend the Rise restaurant.
I only had breakfast there but it was delicious ????
