Nous nous sommes rendus au Toa Hotel à l'occasion de notre lune de miel. Une belle décoration et une bouteille nous attendaient dans une chambre spacieuse et confortable !
Nous avions pris une formule demi-pension : que ce soit le petit-déjeuner ou le diner sous forme de buffet, tout était parfait !
Le personnel est au petit soin et mention spéciale au directeur francophone qui est très disponible et à l'écoute de ses clients.
La belle plage est bien entretenue, même s'il faut faire attention aux horaires des marées si vous souhaitez vous baigner.
Nous avons également testé le SPA pour un modelage en duo. La cabine est petite mais suffisante. Nous aurions apprécié un petit moment après le soin autour d'une boisson fraiche ou chaude.
Petits points à améliorer : la porte entre la salle de bain et la chambre qui ne peut pas être occulter et qui laisse donc passer la lumière du jour (tôt le matin), de même que les portes qui claquent dès les premières heures de la journée...
On recommande Toa Hotel pour un beau séjour à Zanzibar !

Nous avons choisi votre hôtel pour notre lune de miel.
La semaine s'est bien passée. A notre départ certaines choses nous ont déplus.
Sur le trajet retour pour aller à l’aéroport, nous recevons un appel de la réceptionniste nous disant qu'ils avaient oublié de nous facturer la prolongation de la chambre "40 $" . Erreur faite par l'hôtel, elle demande alors à notre taxi de nous déposer à un bureau de change et de faire de la monnaie afin qu'il récupère les 40 $ et leurs rendent. Je trouve ça extrêmement scandaleux car nous avions demandés la note totale pour notre départ ! De plus j’apprends à l’aéroport par certains clients de l’hôtel comme nous pour la même période que nous , que la prolongation de la chambre leurs a été offerte ( vous choisissez donc vos clients à la tête) et je trouve ça limite discriminatoire ! Dommage pour cette fin qui a complètement gâché ma lune de miel par manque d’humanité.

J'aurai aimé avoir d'avantages de considération, car nous avions passé dix jours dans cet hôtel, et nous avions payé un prix élevé pour notre chambre.

Un super séjour à l'hôtel toa, le personnel est vraiment sympathique et serviable, à l'écoute. Nous avions une chambre vue mer magnifique, l'hôtel est neuf, bien équipé, proche de l'océan, bar dans la piscine, bar de plage, spa massages, plusieurs piscines, tout y est pour des vacances inoubliables.

Le lieu est très récent, tout est beau et propre. Le personnel est d’une incroyable gentillesse. On y mange très bien ce qui n’est souvent pas le cas dans un all in. Les cocktails sont excellents et fait a partir de fruits frais.
La piscine est très agréable, la plage est superbe. Le seul point négatif est qu’elle est soumise aux marrées mais cela n’a pas dérangé notre séjour.
Le responsable de l’hôtel est très gentil et attentionné avec les clients de l’hôtel. Il s’assurera que vous passiez le meilleur séjour possible.
Les chambres sont très belles, ca sent bon le propre, le service de ménage est impeccable. Les petites attentions des nous ont fait très plaisirs.
Hôtel parfait pour un couple. Un peu moins adapté aux familles je trouve au vu de la taille de l’hôtel.

Stayed at this hotel in September 2023, had a good experience overall but was sadly ruined at the end. My AirPods were stolen by housekeeping staff! Once I checked out, I got in contact with the hotel as I could see my AirPods were still there but hotel staff were quite dismissive and rude on the phone. The manager of the hotel informed me he would look into the matter as I could see the AirPods travelling back to the hotel every morning but nothing was done. Very sad that their staff were able to steal from guests and up to this day I have heard nothing from the manager.

Super nowy hotel dla tych co chcą spokojnie spędzić czas. Bez tłoku i harmidru ,błoga cisza i super klimat wyspy. Pokoje super wysprzątane ,obsługa bardzo miła, jedzenie smaczne a na dodatek urocze wieczory z animacjami. Dwie kolacje na plaży w przemiłej atmosferze .Dla mnie bardzo miło spędzony pobyt !!

Struttura alberghiera di recente construzione, molto curata e pulita; ampia spiaggia selvaggia davanti ed ai lati dell' albergo. La parte di competenza dell' albergo è curata e pulita, fuori dall' albergo purtroppo abbiamo anche trovato bottiglie di vetro, plastica e rifiuti; le maree sono molto marcate e non è possibile fare il bagno in mare durante la bassa marea. Consigliato portare scarpe da acqua per il fondale marino parzialmente con sassi e pietre coralline; attenzione ai ricci di mare.

We had a wonderful stay at the Toa Hotel. The entire team is very welcoming and friendly, and the manager, Ally, is attentive to the well-being of everyone. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautiful. The buffet is diverse, and we ate well!

Polecam Hotel spełnia wszystkie wymogi jestem bardzo zadowolony

Que dire seulement que mon séjour de noce a été un rêve. Tout été parfait grâce à vous, le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable ainsi que leurs savoirs faire, leurs sens du détails tout est pris en compte et cela rend votre séjour très confortable.

Nous sommes très heureux d’avoir choisi le Toa Hôtel qui est complet, la nourriture est variée et très bonne, les aliments sont frais et tout est fait maison.

Des soirées ambiances avec des animations chanteuses, danseurs très sympathiques ainsi que des dîners sur la plage très paradisiaque.

Les chambres d’un confort incroyable ainsi que très propres nettoyer tous les jours, nous avons pris la suite Royal avec bain à remous qui donne vue sur la plage et je vous la recommande vivement pour son cadre paradisiaque.

Encore un grand merci au personnel de l’hôtel et plus particulièrement au manager qui se montre au petit soin envers ses clients.

Très bonne expérience cet hôtel mérite sa renommée.

Wonderful hotel in Zanzibar.

We were on a week long vacation at the TOA hotel in Zanzibar. In general, this is a new hotel of a very high standard equipped with all the necessary facilities to spend a perfect vacation!! The rooms themselves are very spacious, modern and well designed. The public spaces are very beautiful and clean and the abundant vegetation adds a lot of charm to the hotel. The hotel has a private beach that serves the hotel's residents. The beach is very quiet and clean and also includes a hotel bar. Another drinks bar is located in the hotel's pool (there are two pools in the hotel in addition to the rooms that have a private pool). The dining room is one of the advantages of the hotel. The food is very varied and most importantly, delicious! I must praise the dinners that are held on the beach (during the week I stayed at the hotel there were two such dinners). A combination of the relaxed atmosphere and the delicious food were perfect. In addition, every evening there was a performance by local artisans.
Another thing worth noting is a very high level of service .
awareness from the waiters and up to the hotel manager.

Nous avons passé deux semaines à l'hôtel Toa en septembre, un séjour très agréable, dans un cadre magnifique. Nous remercions tous le personnel des manageurs au femmes de chambres, toujours souriants avec des petites attentions et des petits mots qui ont contribué à notre bien-être. Un vrai sens de l'accueil que nous avons particulièrement apprécié.

Un hôtel à la hauteur de ses 5 étoiles ????
Moderne et accueillant les infrastructures sont de très bonne qualités, le buffet est petit mais tout est frais et bon.
Le directeur Ali a été aux petits soins avec nous, et s'assurait que tout ce passe bien.
Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés, nous étions entre amis, et le séjour à été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Très Bel hôtel, services de qualité, personnel très agréable. Vue sur la mer magnifique, buffet très bon …

The standard of the hotel is very good, specially considering exotic standards it is actually great.
Pros:
- staf attitude is great, they are making their best to make you feel comfortable and happy all the time, you have best crew here and they make the hotel so good
- hotel is very clean amd modern, no cockroaches or rats etc, cleaning is very good, there are even sockets on the beach in your umbrellas
- food is very tasty and on good level, however for guests who are staying longer than a week there shoud be more variety because at the end of our 11 day stay it got a bit repetible
- special thanks to Kalei the manager, who is here from morning till night and is overlooking everything!

Cons:
- All inclusive is actually not ALL inclusive… there are like 7 drinks that are inclusive, others are paid. I.E. rum is included, pineapple juice included, but pina colada is paid. That is something that we never came across in any other 5 star hotel in the world. Usually all drinks made of local alcohols are included, in best hotels even international alcohols are included. We have to mention that through our Tour Resident the reception and Julia fixed it for us and our favourite drinks were included. However there are other guests in the hotel who complain about it between each other
- the beach and sea- You are ruining this experience for your guests! There is a lot of seaweed on the shore when the tide is low. Instead of removing it, digging it on the beach, you make your employees take shovels and throw it back into the ocean, so when tide is getting higher and somebody wants to get a swim, he has to crowl through seaweed ocen first. Worst experience. Actually that is the only reason we would probably not come back to this hotel. People fly thousands of miles among all to get a swim into the ocean and you are not making it easy for them. Also the one reason why I can’t give 5 star review.

To sum it up, it is a great hotel with really great service, if you are not a swimmer or simply you don’t mind swimmimg pool, also not a picky drinker and just want to relax, don’t hesitate to come here!

Spędziliśmy w hotelu TOA niesamowity czas. Miejsce samo w sobie przepiękne, standard zdecydowanie europejski. Jedzenie różnorodne i smaczne. To miejsce dla osób, które chca odpoczac. Pokoje sprzątane dwa razy dziennie. Personel dba o szczegóły. Podczas check-in zostaliśmy poinformowani do której musimy zrobić check out i jakie są koszty ewentualnego przedłużenia. Jeśli chodzi o plaże duże odpływy oceanu, ale to charakterystczna cecha dla tego regionu. Z czystym sumieniem polecamy ????Szczególnie podziękowania dla Kaleiego, który z niesamowiya precyzja dbal o kazdy szczegół oraz sprawił, że nasza romamtyczna kolacja na plaży pozostała wspaniałym wspomnieniem ????????

We hebben hier de eerste vier nachten van onze huwelijksreis gespendeerd en daarnaast een verjaardag gevierd. Werkelijk fantastisch! Het is super schoon, het eten is voortreffelijk, het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en het is erg persoonlijk. We kregen zelf een persoonlijke verjaardagstaart.

ככל הנראה המלון הכי טוב שיצא לי להיות בו. השירות, האדיבות, היוקרה והמיקום פשוט מדהימים. איזה כיף לאכול אוכל ברמה כלכך גבוהה. הבר קוקטיילים בבריכה פשוט מהמם. בכללי העיצוב של כל המלון מעורר השראה. בוודאי שאחזור ואמליץ לכל חבריי.

Hotel urządzony w Europejskim stylu, ładnie i stylowo, natomiast na tym cały czar pryska, ponieważ śniadania są monotonne, mieliśmy wykupioną full opcje a i tak obsługa ciagle pytała o nr pokoju zamiast dać opaski…
Właściciele to chyba Włosi z 3 płaczących małych dzieci, nie da sie nie zauwazyc jak personel nad nimi „skacze” , nie mówiąc już o tym, iż niekompetentna obsługa z recepcji wystawiła fakturę nie na ten pokój co trzeba, gdzie mamy fakturę opłaconą niestety nie zwróciliśmy na to uwagi, gdyż Pani zapakowała to w kopertę, wróciliśmy do Polski i Hotel wysyła maila z informacją, że taryfa nie jest opłacona, totalny żart ze strony hotelu bo jak sie wymeldować bez opłacenia taryfy- nie rozumiem…. Raczej nie wrócimy. :c sprawdzajcie swoje faktury w dniu opuszczania hotelu!

Świetny nowy hotel! Raczej dla dorosłych.
Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane; obsługa bardzo życzliwa, zorganizowała nawet urodziny; wyżywienie ok - sporo owoców morza; lokalizacja godna polecenia, około 1h od lotniska, ale przejeżdżając można podziwiać widoki; hotelowa plaża piaszczysta i bezpieczna, choć naturalnie nie da się uchronić od lokalnych masajów, w hotelu nie ma bransoletek/opasek, więc jeśli ktoś wykupił opcję all inclusive, to każdorazowo musi wskazywać barmanowi numer pokoju oraz podpisywać rachunek na kwotę 0; hotel stara się organizować codziennie jakiś atrakcje (np. kolacja na plaży, koncert); dodatkowo istnieje możliwość wykupienia wycieczek (np. do Stone Town).

Magnifique hôtel où nous avons séjourné 5 nuits. Le personnel est incroyable et aux petits soins. On se sent privilégié et le service est impeccable. Les chambres sont très propres et une décoration est réalisée sur le lit chaque jour. Chaque soir la chambre est préparée pour la nuit. La qualité des plats est superbe. On s'y est régalés. Mention spéciale pour les repas sur la place, tout simplement parfait ! Merci pour ce moment de rêve ????

9/10. My partner and I spent nine wonderful days at TOA.
Pros:
- Food quality is exceptional, fresh high-quality seafood at every meal;
- Cleanliness is excellent, both in rooms and common areas, especially the pools were very clean but did not smell like chlorine (a big pro considering swimming in the sea is not a real option);
- State-of-the-art facilities: the facilities are brand new and high quality and comfort. Considering the quality standards around the island, it is a well-deserved 5-star on this front.
- Friendliness of the staff: all the staff was super kind and helpful.
- Calm: the location is not an exploited nor trendy one, which enables to fully relax and feel "at the very end of the planet".
Cons:
- Locals (forcefully) selling souvenirs or trips in the beach. The beach area of the hotel has a fantastic security service, but once we walked to the outer beach area closer to the water, were the hotel coverage ended, we were 100% of times immediately surrounded by locals wanting to sell us souvenirs or trips. Even if we were extremely polite and kind, it is absolutely annoying not being able to have a 5 minute relaxing walk around the beach (not even walking into the water). Also, something I am not used to is physical contact, and being on swimming clothes and shaking hands and keeping a close distance to a person who one does not know makes one feel uncomfortable. This factor will be pivotal in me deciding to travel again to the island, as it is quite hard to handle if you are empathetic with the sellers (enjoying holidays vs having a bad consciousness constantly). -- This con is generic to the island but unfortunately, since TOA is a luxury hotel, the sellers are aware of that and are always around the area.

Miejsce bardzo ładne, obsługa się bardzo stara żeby wszytko było idealne. Niestety jeden manager ciągle krzyczał na kelnerów i to przy wszystkich gościach, przesadził mówiąc ze marnuje jego pieniądze bo nie wypiłam pół wina, po prostu mi nie smakowało. Ostatniego dnia po śniadaniu okazało się ze od 10:00 musimy za wszystko płacić, nawet za pokój, lot jest w nocy wiec musimy siedzieć cały dzień na walizkach. Radzę się zastanowić zanim się ktoś tu wybierze, płaci się za 8 dni a wychodzi 6.

Hotel na prawdę ładny oraz z miła obsługa cały praktycznie pobyt ze znajomymi byliśmy zachwyceni ale nie można przejść obojętnie obok dwóch rzeczy. Pierwsza rzecz która nam się rzuciła w oczy jest Menager od jedzenia i picia. Od początku naszego pobytu zauważalne strasznie było jak zle traktuje kelnerów i barmanów krzycząc na nich oraz gestykulując w ich kierunku nie miło. Goście na takie rzeczy nie musza i nie chcą patrzeć tym bardziej ze nie jedno krotnie przyczepiał się o rzeczy wymyślone przez siebie. To jest jedna rzecz. Druga rzeczą było to jak nas potraktowano na koniec pobytu. Transfer mieliśmy mieć o 17 i chcieliśmy sobie przedłużyć pokój z tym ze poinformowano nas ze pokój nam mogą przedłużyć za 80 dolarów ale wszystko inne mamy do 10 czyli jedzenie i picie. A co przez resztę dnia? Trzeba się poważnie zastanowić jeśli chce się spędzić tutaj wakacje i tak się na koniec rozczarować.
