Классный отель, все понравилось ????

The Hotel overall was good, however, it did have some issues with notifications and overall hospitality. One morning, the building's water went out and there was no water to use in order to shower and clean in the early morning. Another issue was that upon checking out, I requested for a late check out, yet the hotel still turned off the wifi services, water services, and electricity services, even though they agreed and made a note on the system that they were okay with a late check out by an hour. This was not professional and very inappropriate by the hotel management. The communication was very bad and unprofessional.

I do wanted to make a note that the gentlemen working at the breakfast bar restaurant were really helpful and provided a great service.

The price was kind of expensive.

4.5/5. A little bit pricey but I loved my stay here. They upgraded me to a jacuzzi room which I appreciated at the end of an exhausting trip.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious room, very clean and gorgeous view. Beach is just minutes away as is the bus stop to get to town. Breakfast was excellent.

Pool was a bit small but given the beach was close I didn’t mind. Bed was two twins as opposed to a queen or king - again not the end of the world to me. Service was friendly!

I would recommend/ stay again.

Super Hotel. Tolle Lage und direkter Blick auf die Bucht von Ornos. Sehr großes Zimmer, großzügige Terrasse und in unserem Fall ein Privatpool. Das Frühstück ist klasse. Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch angerichtet und an den Tisch gebracht.

The communication of the crew is BAD, so they basically ignore your requests.

We went for our honeymoon,
-The honeymoon suite Isn’t private AT ALL!
-one of the jets in the pool/jacuzzi was sparing water to our face so we couldn’t turn it on( We left a fixing request for maintenance and they never fixed/contact us back about it!)
-They had a fridge in the room for water bottles that they gave us(with no space for anything else ) and another mini fridge for our personal things but apparently because the second fridge didn’t work they were mentioning that only one fridge should work, which no one bothered to tell us about it, and we needed a second fridge!
- The views were beautiful, and the place has a lot of potential, but definitely not worth the money we’ve put in for this honeymoon suite.

Bellissima struttura in posizione strategica! Personale gentilissimo e molto professionale, stanza ottima con bellissima piscina privata e bellissima vista mare. Colazione ottima…davvero un’ottima scelta per la nostra luna di miele!

Καλο ξενοδοχείο, ευδιάθετο προσωπικό. Απο το μπαρ μέχρι τις καθαρίστριες ολοι άψογοι και εξυπηρετικοί με επαγγελματισμό και κατανόηση. Πρωινο αξιοσημείωτο με ομορφα πιατα αλλα και μπουφε. Προσεγμένος χώρος με ωραία πισίνα. Θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε οπωσδήποτε!!!

Our room was surrounded by service rooms and the maintenance staff was constantly slamming doors from 7AM every day. Also a power tool was used in the very early hours of the morning causing us to loose our sleep.
After raising this with reception multiple times, nothing was done about it and they did not offer to change our room to a quieter one.
We paid 290€ per night and got a room sandwitched between the road and service rooms, even though we asked for a quiet room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a quiet night sleep or doesn't want to be awaken early in the morning.

Terrible staff. I arrived I paid for the most expensive room, with an extra bed and there was no extra bed and it wasn't the same room I paid for. Not to mention there was a flashing light from the fire system that wouldn't turn off and they couldn't fix it until the last day I attached photos and videos it was terrible it was giving me ptsd the entire time I couldn't sleep because of it. This isn't the standards I am used to when paying $600 a night not able to sleep because of flashing lights. The pool was extremely dirty when I went for a swim all this white stuff came onto my body making me have to take a long shower so never went back into the pool. Wifi extremely low quality for people who can work from anywhere like me and are nomads couldn't really host zoom meetings as the usual. Alot of stairs as well no elevator wasn't a huge problem for me being a fit young man who does a lot of cardio I counted over 100+ old stone steps to get to my room but for most guest it was a disaster. Only good thing is that we finally left this hotel I would call front desk and they would say they are 6 mins then will be coming to help but never show up Dont stay here stay somewhere else. Some people who never travel and know luxury might like this place but not me who is well seasoned.

Also they tried and removing my review and I forgot to leave out I see they tried removing other negatives some people don't check if there reviews stay I am glad I sent an appeal I know there are more negatives been removed but also the plumbing etc is a known issue I see others left reviews about the pipes etc in the past a few nights we had no water during the day couldn't shower

Great rooms & views. Had my suit case damaged by the employees and they never made a report on it and did not notify me my bag was broken. Had to purchase another suitcase due to their negligence. Great place to stay tho
