A family run gem in Victoria Falls. The trick many people forget is that larger accommodations in tourist/destination towns generally miss the mark as it is generally sterile and impersonal. The 528 family, staff (and doggo) have every single detail catered to and accommodated for. Excellent value for money and a stay worth remembering. I will be back for sure

Io e mio marito abbiamo avuto il piacere di trascorrere gli ulti giorni della ns vacanza tra Botswana e Zimbabwe presso il 528 vittoria fall . L’accoglienza il sevizio la gentilezza e gli arredi molto curati , nei particolari fanno di questa Guest house un vero paradiso.
Siamo stati accolti sin dal ns arrivo da Clara che ci ha consigliato ed organizzato con gentilezza e professionalità ogni momento della ns permanenza .
Tutto lo staff ci ha fatto sentire a casa

Our stay was amazing. I cannot say enough nice things about it. From having wonderful recommendations for dinner, to helping out when there was a miscommunication with one of our tours, they did it all! I highly recommend staying here if you are in Victoria Falls!

An exceptional stay with the 528 family! What a warm and hospitable place to stay with gorgeous rooms, a delicious breakfast offering, a wonderful pool area and enchanting decor. The team are the very best part! Such incredible service and awesome advice and direction with regards to things to do in the area. We have our kids with us, ages 8 & 5 and they have had a ball. The family suite is perfect for a very memorable family getaway. Couldn't recommend more! Thank you Paul, Meredith, William, Clara, Gilbert, Fanuel, Lucky, Violet and the rest of the 528 Team! Ein wirklich tolles Guesthouse!
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Paul und Meredith waren tolle Gastgeber und das Personal super.
Wir wurden absolut top betreut und wurden bei unseren Aktivitäten super beraten und unterstützt.
Das Zimmer war richtig schön, der Pool wurde Mittags ausführlich genutzt um uns abzukühlen, Leila hat einen immer freudestrahlend auf der Terasse begrüßt und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
Es war die richtige Lokation, um unsere Afrikareise abzuschließen.

Хозяйка отеля Мередит и ее семья - очень гостеприимные. Отдых при желании может быть продуман вместе с ними от А до Я. Главное - понимайте заранее, что хотите увидеть и в каком формате пощупать в этой стране. Все подскажут и во всем помогут. То, что мне не хотели или не могли организовать по запросу турагенты за деньги, хозяйка Мередит договорилась и организовала без агентских комиссий и дополнительных плат напрямую с организаторами туров. Это были потрясающая прогулка с тремя львами, двумя гепардами, общение со слонами, индивидуальная прогулка на красивой аутентичной лодке по реке Замбези за вменяемые деньги на то время по продолжительности, как нам было нужно, в нужное нам время, и мы увидели не просто гиппопотамов в реке, а также крокодилов, и даже купающихся слонов! (Разные птички не в счёт) У отеля есть свой водитель, который организует трансфер в любое место в городе, и с которым мы легко договорились доставить нас даже из Зимбабве в Замбию за разумные деньги. Так что и общение с жирафами в Замбии состоялось!) (в Зимбабве мы не нашли мест, где их можно покормить) По питанию и ужинам Мередит предоставила все достойные варианты кафе и ресторанов, порекомендовала лучшие из них, по нашей просьбе забронировав столики заранее!!! Это ценно, во время отдыха, когда лень или некогда заморачиваться с этим, и можно в отдельных случаях в сезон не попасть в раскрученное место. Особенно запомнился ресторан с шикарным видом на мост через Замбези, а также ещё один с местным колоритом и танцами. И утром в день отъезда нам с собой очистили, нарезали ломтиками и упаковали папайю в дорогу. Мы ее купили и не успели съесть во время отдыха) В ожидании самолётов и пересадок очень все пригодилось! Приятные воспоминания) и благодарность за душевный подход и гостеприимство! И да, номера комфортные, все необходимое и нужное есть. А чего нет, готовы предоставить или организовать хозяева) Рекомендую! Местоположение хоть и не идеально близкое к водопаду Виктория, с точки зрения шаговой доступности, но на такси за 4-5 долларов добраться не сложно!

Merveilleux hôtel intimiste et chaleureux à la décoration soignée et recherchée.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre fin de séjour en Namibie par ce point de chute au calme.
L’accueil de Meredith et Paul et William étaient très attentionné et bienveillant.
Emplacement parfait pour se déplacer en ville et les chutes Victoria.
