Great place with many beautiful birds

Was a beautiful lovely experience, owner gave us a wonderful bird show completely free, tour was amazing self guided hence you learn n read about each n every bird alone without being rushed. The staff was very friendly and lunch was delicious. Highly recommend.

We had our honeymoon at this lovely place in August 2013.The staff and services was great.No complains at all.We used a cab to get there , on our return we were booking a cab again and the lovely owners offered to drive us as they were going in the same direction.5 stars from me and hubby.

It's a nice place to be was happy to see Africa fish eagle which is on our national flag and bateleur my favourite bird not forgetting the lonely dendera

Nice outdoor place. The infrastructure is a bit old though and can do with some refurbishment.
Quite a wide variety of activities including fishing, boat riding, horse riding etc

Lovely place to go with the family, lots for the kids to do, nice food, amazing views and the birds show is also great.

The place is just superb. No loud music. A good and quiet place for relaxation. staff members are friendly. Nice generous portions of food. A bird show at day end to make it memorable

Too bad it's been long since I last visited this lovely place. Of late I have been thinking of paying another visit, and I will definitely do so once an opportunity comes. Quite good events and friendly staff too...

Very nice place to have a relaxing weekend, kids friendly (ample space for them to run around, swings and a swimming pool). To enjoy more activities it's wiser to book as a group as some of the activities have a minimum number eg the speed boat needs a minimum of 6 people and the house boat needs a minimum of 10 people.

Breathtaking views, i mean wow! Their friendly staff makes you feel right at home. I had a chicken burger with chips, the homemade patty on that burger was so yummy and filling, i hardly finished the meal????.
I especially loved the Birds exhibition at the end.

This is a great place for nature and bird lovers. Great variety of birds to see and you should see the birds being trained. The guys there have great knowledge of the birds in their care. They will tell you that they are 'Falconers' and indeed they are. Sanctuary for birds and the amazing thing is if the birds want to fly away they are allowed. So in a way all the birds you see there stay because they feel at home.
