El Hotel Bronte es muy conocido en Harare. Es un hermoso edificio colonial que rodea un remanso de verdor y palmeras. Uno se siente fuera de la capital cuando pasea por la piscina de este florido jardín, que invita a relajarse. Las habitaciones, con sus pequeños balcones, también tienen cierto encanto. En el hotel hay dos restaurantes: Palm's, que ofrece desayunos y bufés en su bonita terraza con vistas al jardín, y Emmanuel's, de más categoría, con sus manteles blancos y su ambiente elegante.

Previous review with bad experience updated 12 March 2024. What a great turnaround from the previous visit exactly 4 years ago. The last time I could only award 1 star due to the unprofessional and offish attitude of front desk staff. This time was the polar opposite and the reason for the well deserved 4 stars. From arrival at the gate, the security guard was very freindly and helpful. Ths reception lady was also very freindly and xourteious and went out of her way to personally show me the way to my room and also assissted with connecting to the hotel wifi. The room was spacious and well maintained and cleaned. There was a faint foul mouldy smell in the bathroom but this was my only negative experience. The restaurant service at dinner was very good and all the dishes were well prepared, professionally plated and very tasty. Well done to the management and team at The Bronte Gardens Hotel. I have stayed in many different hotels in Harare with mixed experiences. I will gladly return for my next business trip.
