This was a great choice as it’s in the heart of the old city and walking distance to most sites. Great location and hotel has good arrangements with nearby parking garage so great if you are driving. Overall good rooms and service..

As nice as it is, the hotel is showing signs of wear. The shower is too small, you need to angle yourself to sit on the toilet right. Silicon is starting to peel back from the bathroom area. Loose tiles on the floor.
It's not a bad hotel. It's just dated and needs a refresher.

Great location but the rooms are so outdated. Everything in the room is simply outdated, a potpourri of stuff put together in a room as in a thrift shop. We must stop thinking that because we are in Italy we can charge a lot and give rooms that have never been refurnished. Poor quality buffet too.

The thing I both liked and hated about my stay was being woken up by the smell of fresh bread. I would have enjoyed sleeping a bit longer (hate) but there is something blissful about the smell.

The most impressed I was with the lady running the breakfast buffet and catering the guests w freshly brewed coffee. She was fast, friendly and super professional! If I would own a five star hotel, I would want to hire her!

Otherwise staff was helpful, room was clean and I slept fairly well. Location was a short walk away from the university where I attended a course, so it was a good match for logistics.

Premetto che viaggio sia con il cane che con l' auto.
Prima di effettuare le prenotazioni in qualsiasi struttura, invio una richiesta via email per chiedere se accettano il cane, se può venire con noi in sala colazioni e se c'è il garage.
In una città come Padova, dove c'è la ZTL posso assicurarvi che non è facile trovare un Hotel che soddisfi tutte queste esigenze.
In particolare molti Hotel non accettano il cane in sala colazioni (benché sia assoggettabile ad un bar e o ad un ristorante dove i cani sono ammessi).
All' Hotel Majestic Toscanelli oltre ad accettare il cane, hanno trovato anche una soluzione per poter portare con me il cane a colazione.
Apprezzo moltissimo questo aspetto.
Nella mail di risposta, al contrario di molti hotel di Padova, ho avuto una risposta positiva a tutte le mie esigenze.
Per me Ospitalità significa trovare soluzioni alle esigenze del cliente e questo Hotel ci riesce appieno!!
Lascio questa recensione positiva ancor prima di aver alloggiato in questo Hotel perché sono veramente soddisfatto di aver trovato una struttura che accoglie con passione, impegno, gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità i propri clienti.
Andando spesso a Padova sto provando tutti gli hotel e molti non accettano il cane e tra quelli che li accettano molti non permettono di portarlo in sala colazione.
Per quanto riguarda invece il posto auto molti hotel non lo hanno.
Mettendo a sistema gli hotel che hanno un posto auto e accettano I cani anche nelle zone comuni, gli Hotel sono veramente pochi (nonostante siamo nel 2024).
Aggiungo anche che la posizione è la migliore perché è nella parte del centro storico più bella di Padova.
Quindi complimenti a Majestic Toscanelli !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel, posizione molto centrale, colazione varia anche con torte fatte in casa. Le camere però non sono insonorizzate, si sentono sbattere le porte e voci nei corridoi e nelle stanze vicine.
La pompa di calore nella stanza era rumorosissima e l'aspiratore nel bagno non funzionava.
Televisori vecchi e mal funzionanti.
Da un albergo storico a Padova a 4 stelle non ci si aspetterebbe tutto ciò.

Good hotel, beautiful. Only issues are the WiFi connection and the loud noise at night. Especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Everything else was fine.

Volevo ringrazie la Direzione dell'hotel che oggi, di fronte alla richiesta di disdetta camera per questa sera, causa malore in autostrada di mio marito, hanno gentilmente ritenuto di non addebitarci la penale prevista.
Professionalità, serietà e cortesia.

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The room is nice and well-appointed. The bathroom is spacious, modern, and well-lit, with plenty of soaps, towels, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful on all occasions, and the breakfast is excellent. Location is perfect - walkable to piazzas, pedestrian streets, and the tram. Definitely would stay here again. Note - get a room on the back to avoid street noise of evening revelers.

Problematica per i clienti che dormono con stanze annesse alla porta d’ingresso al primo o secondo piano con finestre comunicanti sulla piazza, locali limitrofi aperti fino all’una di notte, sconsigliato per attività di business.
