The hotel & staff cannot be topped. Clean, spacious, good food & drinks. The staff is what takes this place to the ultimate level. Everyone you interact with is incredibly kind, efficient, and thoughtful. Special shoutout to Robert who went above and beyond to help me in a pinch.

Our experience here was excellent, so much so that I had to write a review. The hotel is in a great location, with a great little restaurant and bar inside. However, the customer service was above and beyond. When traveling, we had an unexpected injury occur that resulted in a surgery, a hospital stay, and crutches. The hotel staff assisted at every step of the way. Extended stay? Absolutely easy to arrange. New handicap-accessible room? No problem. They transferred our luggage for us (and helped us track down some lost umbrellas we left in the closet!). They even located a wheelchair for temporary use in the hotel, not to mention arranging cabs and various other minor things we wouldn't have thought to ask for.
When we return to Edinburgh, we will stay here and recommend that anyone else stay here as well.

本來以為有如此高評價的飯店實際入住後卻與想像中不同
一開始來到房間就發現WiFi無法使用
打電話給櫃檯就說目前有一些房間會受到影響要到明天早上才能解決
給我們帶來極大的不方便
再來洗澡水即便調整到最高溫度還是很冷
而且時不時還會忽冷忽熱
然而櫃檯的回覆就說這就是他們最高的溫度
實在令人傻眼
訂了兩晚真的很後悔
才住一晚就想走了
第二晚我們成功換到新的房間
結果！洗澡到一半停水
衣服都脫了
水就停了打電話給櫃檯說什麼要等一個半小時
真的有夠扯
再也不會來這個鬼地方

First of all, the hotel is well located. It is only a few minutes walk from the Royal Mile (the main and most touristic street of Edinburgh’s old town), connecting Edinburgh’s castle to the palace of Holyroodhouse (the hotel is located in between). It is also close to the national museum of Scotland and Victoria street. It is a 10-15 minutes walk from the tram station (Prince street) making it easy to reach the airport.
When it comes to talking about the rooms, they are spacious, confortable and clean.
And we can only compliment the professionalism and thé kindness of the staff.
We really enjoyed staying in this hotel.
