Este establecimiento gastronómico con una estrella Michelin deleita a los paladares más exigentes en el suntuoso marco de un edificio georgiano protegido. Amplios bancos con elegantes curvas, cortinas de muaré, mariposas gigantes que adornan el suelo, lámparas de araña en el techo, uno casi se olvidaría de mirar el mapa - y eso sería una lástima. La cocina inventiva de Tom Kitchin es una necesidad en la capital escocesa. La tarjeta cambia cada semana y sigue siendo fabulosa. El buen plan, para presupuestos más ajustados, es cenar temprano (antes de las 6:30 pm) para un menú de precio reducido.

We ate here with a voucher, and on seeing how much the meal cost - definitely not worth it. The food was mostly nice, but very small portions. Went out somewhere else for a meal afterwards.
4-stars only because the service was fantastic from the staff and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. If I was choosing a place for fine dining, I would go somewhere else.

A nice restaurant but one can see how it lost its Michelin stars. The aesthetic is confusing (regency/Victorian/modern/seaside) and the food is good but not exceptional - some is bland and others clash in flavours. That being said the staff are super friendly and attentive, but the aesthetic and the food is not too quality for the price.
