Una mansión del siglo XVII convertida en un hotel en Brujas con una terraza y un jardín íntimo.
El hotel está situado en una hilera de mansiones del siglo XVII a orillas de un tranquilo canal. Es un hotel con una decoración principesca y unos precios relativamente razonables para Brujas y la categoría del lugar. Las 44 habitaciones y suites, cálidas y elegantes, decoradas con gusto con muebles y objetos antiguos, están lujosamente equipadas, algunas con una hermosa vista del canal. El desayuno es generoso y de alta calidad. Terraza y jardín íntimo para relajarse en los días soleados. Un servicio atento y sin falsos pliegues.

Rooms are outdated and okay at best. The biggest downfall this place has is the inadequate breakfast for the price they charge. €25 for measly buffet food that isn’t even made in house is comical. They hide the sign that they charge for breakfast hidden against a wall that you cannot see until after the you leave the breakfast room, not before you enter. They also don’t tell you ahead of time when checking in. So if you are traveling to multiple hotels you have to magically remember if each place will charge for breakfast extra. Additionally, if you happen to book a few months in advance, they don’t send a confirmation email at all. Pay extra, save money and go somewhere else

My stay at Martin’s Relais was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm hospitality, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s facilities exuded charm and coziness, creating a lovely atmosphere throughout my stay. The exceptional cleanliness of the room was immediately apparent, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining such high standards. Overall, my experience at Martin’s Relais surpassed all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Burgas. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff that were very accommodating and even allowed an earlier check in. Beautiful location and overall great experience!
