El local nos encantó, muy peculiar y diferente al resto, lástima que no va acompañado de una buena atención, la verdad que fué muy grosera la chica que nos atendió, pero como lugar mereció la pena.

Un lugar súper especial y chulo pero la señora que nos atendió muy borde, parece mentira que esté cara al público, lástima porque el lugar merece la pena parar y tomar algo

El bar-pub genial, pero el hostal terrible, el peor de todos los que vi. Habitaciones sucias, colchones deformados, baños sucios sin luz y que incluso usan los clientes del pub.

Zeer charmante zaak,gewoon iets weest drinken en direct een vriendelijk bediening van de dame die er aant werk was. Maar hoe authentiek en charmant de zaak is..hoe oncharmant en zeeeeer authentiek het toilet is..nergens te zien wat dames/heren is..maar goed..we leven in een tijdperk dat dat allemaal gelijk is..en das nog het uiterst minste, bij de zogenaamde dames toiletten mocht ik constateren dat de eerste toilet volledig ondergeplast was,de tweede deur had geen klink en de derde deur kon niet op slot én dat toilet was half afgebroken. Kortom..de toiletten zijn een ruïne..in hedendaagse tijden en eigenlijk in alle tijden hoort het sanitair proper en onderhouden te zijn. Om nog maar te zwijgen over het feit dat als je de deur dicht doet je met je neus tegen de deur staat en dus geen plaats hebt om treffelijk je broek uit te doen.

The staff was rude and impolite. The showers and bathroom doors don't even have locks, and there are springs sticking out of the beds. Ah, and there aren't any soaps in the bathrooms. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, it's not even worth the price, you probably have better a service at Alcatraz prison.

Be careful! Charged 45 euros for an hour of playing pool instead of 10. Finally refunded once a manager came, but no apology. Be careful! Tourist trap! As per my many other reviews, I usually post positive, so trust me when I say BEWARE!

Rooms are filthy. Beds are filthy, mattresses are ruined and the whole place smells like urine. Beyond disgusting ???? Service is okay. I guess Bruges people are just not friendly. I’ll accept that from prior experience.

The key of my room didn’t work and they took a hours at night to fix the problem. Without understanding the problems that would have.

Bar restaurante especial y chulo. Por dentro decoración increíble por todos lados. Tiene juegos de arcade y salón de billares. Los billares se pagan por tiempo y se usan por orden de llegada. Los baños dejan un poco que desear, aunque estaban limpios y provistos de material. Precios algo elevados. Buena atención.

Personnellement je me suis juste arrêté au bar pour prendre un verre avec ma compagne. La serveuse est très agréable et le bar niveau déco sort un peux de l’ordinaire, c’est sympa!

À fuir, sommier et matelas infestés de punaises de lit, le personnel de l'hôtel n'avais pas l'air choqué et plutôt au courant du problème, et avait l'air de ne pas en avoir grand chose à faire. Nous avons dû passé la nuit dehors pour éviter d'infester nos affaires. Aucune remise sur la chambre ou remboursement n'a été fait pour le moment.

Mauvaise expérience…. Après une soirée sympathique dans le bar, le réveil est plus désagréable ! En effet nous nous sommes aperçu que le beurre du petit déjeuner était périmé avec une mauvaise odeur, nous avons demandé à une dame si il était possible de les changer elle en a ramené et il était encore périmé ! C’est une honte…. Rien de mieux pour avoir une infection intestinale. De plus des punaises de lit ont attaqué ma copine pendant la nuit, obligé de laver toutes les affaires….
Une des employés nous a donc remboursé la nuit nous la remercions ! A vos risques et péril !

At least the receptionist was nice, but the nicest thing she could’ve done is give us our money back and not allow us into those cesspits they’re calling bedrooms.
Do not ever stay here until the environmental health officers have declared it safe for human accommodation.
When booking, you might think that you’ll be the lucky one and might have the better experience, you will not. Heed my warning.
