We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was an unforgettable experience. In this fantastic place we felt so so good that it's even hard to desribe. Our hotel room was very large and comfortable (even for family with 2 kids). Breakfasts was amazing too- every day something different from buffet and "a la carte". Our kids loved the swimming pool and we spent nice time in the garden. Hotel service was one of the best we had so far - we even received from them a sweet gift for our anniversary. ☺️
And we would like to send special thanks to Elena - amazing and very helpful person! Definitely we would highly recommend this place!

I stayed here in August for two nights with my 15 year old daughter and wife. The welcome was very warm and genuine and the service throughout our stay was beyond reproach. The room that we had was large and airy and looked out over the bay. The ferry port opposite does create some noise but truth be told, I never noticed it. The pool is very pleasant and the garden is a great place to relax. All in all our brief stay was too short and I wish we had allowed more time at the Hotel Capitano.

A week ago we stayed 4 nights at this hotel and our stay was a fabulous experience - cozy place, that creates this "special atmosphere" you would expect from a boutique hotel. The hotel room we had was very spacious, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. A wide range of choice for breakfast - buffet and "a la carte" choice included - every day you can have something different! The swimming pool place was great for our 5 year old son and was very convenient to have breakfast in the morning or just relax in the evening. Last but not least the stuff and service was one of the best I had so far - always helpful and small chats to help to better understand the history and the culture of Montenegro! I would highly recommend this place!

The hotel is great, it looks like it is build inside a rock, the rooms are very comfortable, you can enjoy and relax in a small open pool, the breakfast is very delicious and taste and the staff is very friendly.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Capitano. The staff were so lovely and helpful, including arranging taxis, transfers and booking excursions for us.
The location near the ferry is helpful to get across to the other side (Tivat side) and is also free for foot passengers.
Nice rooms with all facilities, well kept and cleaned by staff each day.
Breakfast was lovely every day.
Small pool area, with some shaded areas. Very nice to relax around and cool off from the sun.

Would definitely recommend and would be more than happy to return in the future.

Una experiencia horrible. Descripción engañosa en Booking y fotos tomadas de manera q no se ve la real ubicación del hotel que no está frente de la playa sino del ferry station supertraficado a todas horas también de la noche . situado También a pie de la carretera principal y metido en la estación del ferry . Más de 50 coches permanente mente con el motor encendido bajo tu ventana , con humo ruido de motores y cláxones durante el día y toda la noche ( ruidosos ferry 24 h cada 15 min ) Nada q ver con un sitio vacacional relajante . Por menos de lo q pagamos aquí 200 Eur hemos estado en la zona en varios hoteles realmente bonitos tranquilos y para disfrutar del mar en este precioso país Tomamos la suite mejor del hotel y deja mucho q desear , alfombra roída y muebles sillones con manchas. Las ventanas mejor no abrirlas si no quieres respirar puro humo de coches Reservamos para varias noches y tras la primera hemos salido huyendo. El personal educado pero no quieren reconocer q tienen el hotel situado en un lugar no apto para una vacación de mar tranquila y feliz como prometen y cobran Si quieres gastar mucho no dormir en toda la noche y estresarte un poco este es tu sitio . Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Capitano in Kamenari, Montenegro war für uns einer der schönsten Urlaube. Das Ambiente des Hotels, die Ausstattung Die und Sauberkeit der Zimmer, aber vor allem der überragende Service und das liebenswerte und zuvorkommende Personal sind mehr als fünf Sterne wert.

Naprosto úžasný hotel s neuvěřitelně milou obsluhou a personálem. Tohle se nedá slovy popsat, to se musí zažít. Vše bylo perfektní. Pokoj neuvěřitelně krásnej, bazén skvělej, večeře úžasná, lepší snídani jsme nikde neměli. Bohužel jsme tu byli jen jednu noc, ale určitě se sem budeme chtít vrátit. Byli jsme se synem a pejskem a přivítali nás neuvěřitelně. Parkování kousek od hotelu, ale nabídnou, že vám pomůžou se zavazadly. V celém hotelu to krásně voní a hraje příjemná hudba. Jako kosmetiku používají Rituals, který milujeme. Klimatizace je super a není hlučná, okna výborně těsní a hluk z přístavu je slyšet minimálně. Strašně moc děkujeme, je to opravdu jedno z nejkrásnějších ubytovani, kde jsme byli.

Meine Freundin und ich hatten für eine Nacht das teuerste Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber aber wir hatten keinen richtigen Balkon sondern nur einen kleinen Tisch am Ausgang bei den Treppen. Meerblick gibt es nur wenn man steht und über das Dach schaut. Das schlimmste aber war der Lärm. Die Fähre fuhr direkt vor der Haustür, so dass man 24 Stunden den Dieselmotor hört, auch wenn alle Fenster geschlossen waren. Das hotel ist sehr sauber und Mikhail war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Preis Leistung stimmte leider nicht wegen dem Lärm.

Отличный отель! Небольшой и уютный. Завтрак потрясающий. Подают горячее помимо шведского стола.
Удобная локация у парома. Легко добраться на транспорте до Тивата, Котора и Херцог нове. А обслуживание очень гостеприимное.

Full recommendation for this one. Credits to the staff for being so nice, made us feel right at home! The breakfast is also a big plus. Thanks guys :)

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel del Capitano per 5 notti. L'hotel, i cui colori dominanti sono il bianco e l'azzurro, è molto curato e arredato con mobili di pregio; l'ambiente è molto accogliente e il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Si tratta di un botique hotel con poche camere, che rende l'ambiente molto riservato. Il plus dell'hotel è dato dal dehor, dove sono presenti tavolini, sdraio, lettini, un letto matrimoniale e una piscina aperta 24h. La colazione è ottima, è disponibile sia un buffet con prodotti salati e dolci, sia un menu a la carte con piatti anche vegani. La posizione è strategica: di fronte all'ingresso sono presenti dei taghetti funzionanti 24h che permettono di raggiungere il lato opposto della costa in 5 minuti (comodo per visitare Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor e Budva). Dall'hotel è possibile raggiungere facilmente anche Herceg Novi e la stupenda Porto Novi.

The hotel is just beautiful!! The atmosphere that is all around is perfect, they take care of every single detail; may be they don’t have the best view trough the window cause the ferry is just right across it, but you don’t bother about it cause is a wonderful place. No doubts that we will come back.
