The place is very beautiful. The staff was very polite and kind. The central space is very elegant and the food delicious. But the best was the spa: It was the best massage I have received.

After our 2 1/2 week trip through Namibia, the lodge was an absolute jewel along our journey and a perfect end after all the unforgettable impressions we had made.

Service is very important here. This was already apparent on our arrival. We immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The team read every wish from our lips at the service desk - we would especially like to thank Lydia and Missy. You made our stay with you so special and represent the unique quality of the lodge during our stay and the wonderful dinner.

We have travelled a lot around the world, but we have rarely seen such dedication and caring service!

Compared to many other accommodations that we have experienced, we are on the fence as to whether 3 or 4 stars are the right rating. Reasons: the areas are spacious and very well maintained, except for the children's pool, where algae stuck to the tiles. The lounge area is very inviting, the restaurant very good, however, we asked for the children's pizza if we could at least have a topping, which was impossible according to the che,f without explanation, which is a pity and somehow narrow-minded. The service and staff are super friendly, absolutely top. The rooms are very spacious. We had a family room, unfortunately there is only air conditioning in the master bedroom, the children's room and the kitchen area remain in full heat. In addition, our room had no mosquito nets, so we were at the mercy of the beasts. We still give it 4 stars because the problems mentioned are really easy to fix and we hope the accommodation will fix them.

PS: Rhino tracking is a very cool experience.
