가이드는 친절했습니다. 팍우 동굴은 제 기준으로는 크게 볼건 없었고, 꽝시폭포는 최고 였네요.
There was a delicious lunch and snacks provided for us.
The only downside was on the way back, as we were matched with a bigger group and there was an unexpected stop in a local village that we didn't signed up for.
It was best tour in Luang Prabang for us. If I have to visit Luang Prabang,I must be trying tour again.
This trip offers beautiful and spectacular scenery by van and boat. In addition, a delicious buffet lunch is served. Notre excursion a été parfaite, nous étions un petit groupe de 7 nous avons commencé par faire du kayak sur le Mékong puis une visite des grottes Pak ou, le guide nous a bien instruit sur les grottes et nous a raconté l’histoire des Hmong et celle de sa famille. Puis nous avons eu une pause déjeuner avec un super buffet avec vue sur le Mékong ! Nous avons poursuivi notre journée par les éléphants, nous n’étions que 3 ce qui était formidable comme expérience, nous avons pu les nourrir, se promener avec eux, monter sur leur tête et se baigner avec eux dans le respect de l’animal et sans nacelle !!! L’excursion s’est terminée par le sunset cruise qui était magnifique
Très bon rapport qualité/prix 42€/personne pour toute la journée avec prise en charge du transport et de la nourriture

Since I joined a half-day tour (31 euro) previously, and it was an amazing experience with perfect support (they picked me up at 8:20am), I booked a 1-day tour (42 euro). However, the van this time actually arrived at the elephant camp at 11:30 due to the dalay. Some instructions & processes I remember from the first tour were skipped in the tour, and we were rushed to ride the elephants. Also we were left alone since there was no guide staff accompanying us.
The saddest situation was that no one answered calls and messages in the morning (few messages were just read) and we had no idea what was going on (such as if the tour was still going/ or canceled, etc).
It is OK to have problems (sometimes inevitable incidents happen), but it's crucial to provide back up support and updates to upset customers after that.
When the van finally arrived, the driver said "Sorry, but it's not my fault." and the staff when I visited the office later said "We were busy because it's Chinese New Year" laughing.
It's definitely a wonderful experience you provide, I wish you will be ready for countermeasures, and the same situation will not happen again in the future.
Despite having big concerns of taking a tourist group Tour we have to say it was a great experience. Everything from our pick up, visits, lunch etc. just was well organized.
