Un hotel céntrico y funcional.

Hotel tranquilo en el corazón del centro histórico, a pocos pasos de la casa de Durero y de las fortificaciones medievales. Un total de 102 habitaciones (individuales, dobles, triples, junior suite) sin mucho estilo decorativo, pero las habitaciones son funcionales y limpias. Zona de bienestar con sauna y baño de vapor, comida regional de buena calidad. El hotel tiene su propio garaje subterráneo que puede utilizar por 14 euros al día. El pequeño extra: el jardín interior para relajarse con un café y un libro.

Good location, smily face of some stuff especially service and kitchen personel makes great job. Breakfast is one of the best In Europe in it's city hotel category. But reception girl very rude , she shout get of here when we miss check out time although acknowledged them for delay.

В этом отеле я был уже 4 раз. Прекрасный отель в пешей доступности от ЖД вокзала. Приятная обстановка в отеле. Номера есть как и с небольшими номерами, так и с большими. Очень тепло, отопление работает на ура. Каждый день делается уборка. Шведский стол на завтрак достойный, разнообразный. Единственное что мне не понравилось в этом году это то, что по утрам на выходе не стояла кофе машина для самообслуживания. Теперь его готовят сотрудники ресторана в отеле. Это неудобно, так как приходится ждать.
I have been to this hotel 4 times already. Excellent hotel within walking distance from the railway station. Pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. There are both small and large rooms. It's very warm, the heating works great. Cleaning is done every day. The breakfast buffet is decent and varied. The only thing I didn’t like this year was that there was no self-service coffee machine at the exit in the morning. Now it is prepared by the staff of the hotel restaurant. This is inconvenient because you have to wait.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral ,daher waren jetzt in der Winterzeit die Weihnachtsmärkte gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Einzelzimmer welches ich hatte war sehr klein/eng und hat etwas gemufft. Die Preise für die Getränke ( Waser etc.) In der Minibar sind etwas hoch .
Das Frühstück war ok,die Auswahl war vielfältig die Brötchen fand ich persönlich nicht so gelungen .
Der Service war beim Frühstück auch gut . Leider an der Bar abends nicht mehr . Wir haben einen Gutschein für einen Glühwein bekommen der bis 19 Uhr an der Bar abgeholt werden konnte, verkehrsbedingt kamen wir später erst an und wurden wegen 12 Minuten dann vertröstet wir können ihn am nächsten Tag beim auschecken einlösen . Schade
Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage,das ist tatsächlich eine sehr tolle Sache ,dafür zahlt man dann aber auch extra pro Tag 15 Euro. Für einen Aufenthalt 1-2 Nächte wenn man in der Innenstadt sein möchte ist es okay .
