Situado en el distrito de negocios, este hotel se encuentra en un bloque moderno (¡en medio de otros bloques modernos!) y es una de las direcciones más populares para los diplomáticos visitantes y los equipos deportivos internacionales. Cuenta con 252 habitaciones muy cómodas, las más interesantes con vistas a Laugardalur (estadio, piscina, parque) y al mar. La decoración es toda en luminosidad, muy depurada, para un momento relajante. No dude en comer en el excelente restaurante VOX o en tomar una copa en el bar panorámico.

We had a very nice room. Nice and toasty heater too! We rented three rooms and ours had plenty of space. The bathrooms were nice but I definitely missed the shelf under the sink for items. Breakfast was not included and was $27/per person. We did not get breakfast. Overall no complaints!

Vox restaurant is excellent.
Free breakfast hit the spot.
Executive Lounge is perfect if you want dinner without having to go back out after a long day or deal with crowds. My room is perfect sized, ocean view, and quiet. I have stayed here 2x so far with no complaints. This is my goto destination in Reykjavik for personal and business visits!

Stayed here for 4 nights while on vacation. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel breakfast was ok. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it’s convenient to get downtown.

The staff is amazing. I can’t thank the receptionist, Sigrun, enough for her hospitality. Reykjavik Excursions didn’t pick me up for my transfer to the airport, and she arranged a taxi to take me to the airport for free. This was the last thing I expected the hotel to do, but I can’t thank them enough for the great customer service.

We were stranded in iceland for 3 days without a place to stay, i was trying to get a room there but the “manager” Robert, was very rude and disrespectful , even some of his staff made us feel unwanted, they did not keep in mind the problem that we faced, although our flight was cancelled and we couldnt get anywhere, it is the first time in my life that i find a hotel getting paid from the airline and still think that they are doing a favor to us. Apart from that the hotel is good specially the beautiful and respectful guys from Vox “ the restaurant” they really made us feel happier so my only thanks is to them..
