Un hotel muy bonito con habitaciones muy cómodas, con un estilo de diseño industrial chic

Con vistas al puerto, este hotel goza de una ubicación céntrica, ideal para hacer excursiones o pasear por el centro de la ciudad. Su sobria fachada contrasta con su entrada iluminada con neón y su bar (el Tail Bar) y restaurante (el Kock) poco convencionales. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con un diseño chic y estilo industrial. Nos gusta especialmente el hecho de que todas ofrecen acceso gratuito a la sala de fitness y a la sauna del hotel, ambas muy agradables.

We went here on a tour with Diva Destinations and the hotel was perfect for that group. My only regret is that there is so much to do in Reykjavik that I never got to try the sauna.

We were in Reykjavik for our wedding anniversary and were upgraded on arrival,which was nice. The room overlooked the harbour and mountains beyond which were spectacular. It was well appointed but was a bit lacking in space for our stuff we found. In the hotel entrance is a bakery selling fabulous cakes and sandwiches, and after an early start to the day was a welcome introduction to Icelandic cuisine. When we returned later in the evening, we noticed the lighting in the room was very subdued. It was very relaxing but a bit dark when walking about. If it could be called a complaint that was the only one,the hotel is well placed within a nice walk from the centre,harbour and loads of eateries,it's very clean,the breakfast is plentiful and varied,the staff were lovely,helpful and cheerful. If there hadn't been so much to explore we would have spent more time using the sauna and other facilities we never got to see!

We recently stayed here on our honeymoon and loved it! The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location was PERFECT - close and walkable to downtown and also easy to walk to the quieter parts of the waterfront at night to try and catch a glimpse of the aurora :)
