RELAIS PARADISO ^{* * *}

Ho trascorso 3 notti in questo bellissimo Hotel con la mia famiglia a settembre del 2022. Nel mentre che il ragazzo faceva il check-in, ci hanno accolto con una spremuta al limone e un pó di frutta, lo abbiamo apprezzato molto. Posizione veramente comoda con vista spettacolare sia dalla nostra Suite e sia dalla Hall d’Hotel, è stato un piacere svegliarsi la mattina e bere il caffè con quella vista. Le nostre due suite erano veramente belle e moderne, con il terrazzino e Whirlpool. Colazione buonissima e ben fornita (data la quantità ridotta di camere), e le due ragazze che ci hanno servito molto educate e attente, come pure la bellissima ragazza mora in reception molto professionale. Nel contesto non riesco a trovare un difetto, e purtroppo direi a certe persone che hanno recensito negativamente che non si meritano Hotel di questo livello ma qualche Motel a 20 euro a notte.. La suite paradiso è davvero bella e confortevole, unica pecca i terrazzi non hanno privacy e sono tutti comunicanti tra di loro, il personale non tutto è gentile mi ha infastidito che un hotel a 5 stelle alle 15 non ci abbia fatto neppure un toast dicendo che era chiusa la cucina.

Qualche piccolo neo che deve essere assolutamente risolto se ci si vuole presentare come un hotel 4/5 stelle:
- la colazione dovrebbe essere più varia in considerazione delle stelle che l'hotel propone.
- i bagni sono assolutamente poco illuminati
- la privacy delle suite non è assolutamente garantita dai separè presenti sulle loggie dove è presente anche una vasca idromassaggio. Noi non abbiamo usufruito del servizio idromassaggio proprio per questo motivo
- la piscina dell'hotel molro grande e in posizione soleggiata presenta però la necessità di una manutenzione delle mattonelle e il gazebo di appoggio deve essere sostituito perchè è in stato pessimo di manutenzione.
Per il resto il personale è assolutamente all'altezza e ben disponibile a dare servizi ed informazioni.
Le camere sono confortevoli e di dimensioni adeguate e presentano soluzioni di design in linea con le tendenze attuali.
Letti king size e pulizia con più passaggi per riassetto permettono un confortevole soggiorno.
Il solarium dell'hotel è grande e permette di godere del sole per tutto il giorno. Lettini, ombrelloni ed asciugamani a disposizione sono di buona fattura e sempre disponibili
Il parcheggio e il servizio concierge sono adeguati.

Nel complesso, fatte le dovute piccole migliorie, è un buon hotel che permette un buon soggiorno ....una struttura piccola che fa apprezzare bene la vacanza in costiera amalfitana.

Uns war schon bewusst das der Italienische Standart (5 Sterne) keinesfalls dem deutschen entspricht. Mit etwas Abstand von unserem Süditalien Urlaub hier mal ganz pragmatisch und sachlich unsere individuellen positiven und negativen Eindrücke:

+Lage des Hotels: Wirklich Traumhafter Blick, egal ob aus dem Balkon des Zimmers, beim Essen oder am Pool
+Sauberkeit des gesamten Hotels
+Freundlichkeit des Personals

-Zimmer teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was nicht schlimm ist, allerdings war manches einfach wirklich nicht mehr ansehnlich, die Fotos sind also nicht aktuell
-Spa Bereich nicht direkt im Hotel integriert
-Pool nur bis 18uhr geöffnet
-Frühstück sehr eintönig und geringe Auswahl, letzteres ist nicht schlimm allerdings gab es kaum unterschiedliches Angebot an den Tagen sowohl beim Ei, Wurst, Käse und Brot
-Parkplatzsituation eine absolute Katastrophe am Hotel, genauso wie das teilnehmen am Straßenverkehr in Süditalien. Das Hotel bietet an den Wagen in eine auf der Straße befindliche Garage zu parken. Bedenken muss man dadurch in der Regel Mietwagen nicht auf fremde Fahrer versichert sind. Leider hatten wir auch eine Schramme im Wagen was auch durch die Mitarbeit nicht kommuniziert wurde

We spent few nights in this lovely familiar hotel and although we had some inconvenience , the hotel manager Luigi took care the situation with absolutley professional attitude, evaporating the bad mouthtaste and bad feeling and finally converted from a very unconfortable situation to a very pleasent experiencie. The cleaning of the rooms the kindness of the staff were absolutley perfect. Special thanx to Mauro and Antonio but without forget the rest of the team. Where could make better it's the breakfast , not was bad but with some effort could make much more tasty and this way increase more the value of the experiencie. Absolutley recomended!
