Una dirección de renombre en Cortina, a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad y a 500 metros de los principales remontes. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas enclavado en un encantador chalet que florece sus balcones en verano y enciende su chimenea en invierno. Un cambio de escenario... Las habitaciones compartidas entre el edificio principal y su dependencia están bien amuebladas y son cómodas. La decoración es pintoresca. La carpintería es omnipresente, al igual que las colecciones de objetos antiguos (hierros, relojes, etc.) que no dejan de despertar la curiosidad de los turistas.

Vicinissimo a cortina , ospitalità gentilezza e posizione ottimale fanno di questo piccolo hotel un ottimo posto per visitare cortina e immergersi nelle Dolomiti

We kwamen hier alleen om te eten. Fijn dat dat kon. De eetzaal zag er mooi uit. Bij binnenkomst stonden twee werknemers van het hotel te giebelen en smoezen en vergaten ons aan te spreken. Men sprak slecht Engels. 1 “liter” huiswijn bleek een “fles” te zijn. (Was overigens zalig, chateauneuf du pape) Mijn ene tafelgenoot kreeg een ander gerecht dan besteld terwijl we het nog aangewezen hadden. Het leek dat alle bediening nog in de leer was. Het liep niet soepel. Aanwijzingen/ terechtwijzingen weden openlijk gedaan. Bestelling opnemen duurde lang enz. Op zich niet erg. Iedereen moet het leren, maar ik kon het niet huiselijk noemen zoals eerdere reviews dit meldden. Het eten was op zich prima. Een beetje hoog aan de prijs voor wat je kreeg.

좋았습니다. 가족적인 분위기 서빙하는 분들도 꼼꼼하게 체크해주시고 산행갈땐 보온병에 따듯한물까지, 분실물체크, 콘센트고장수리, 동전교환 다 좋았습니다.

When we arrived the hotel manager said he was putting us in the other building because the noise pollution was better.
We were showed to our room and for over £200+ for a room our heart sank.
The room was cold so I asked for a fleece which was dropped off.
The noise from the road was bad so we walked into Cortina to get ear plugs.
We decided to stay out and have a good drink so we could get some well earned sleep.
Well 5 am the noise from the road woke me and I sat in the dreary room waiting for breakfast.
This was the worst breakfast of our 2 week holiday, coffe was horrible and tasted of sterilised milk.
Eggs bacon and pastry's were lacking in taste and didn't taste fresh
I had the yoghurt which was ok.
On the 2nd day we went for a hike, we returned in the early afternoon cold and wet, we had a shower and decided to have a sleep as we were so tired.
I was awakened by my wife who had gotten out of bed to find two hotel employees in the dark in our room arguing!
My wife said when they saw her they were horrified and looked guilty and walked out of our room.
My wife asked me not to complain as we had no where else to go .
We decided to book a hotel somewhere else for the next day.
We then took all our valuables and packed then into rucksacks and went out to get food and return to the hotel as late as we could.
The next morning a day early we checked out, I spoke to the manager about what had happened and he said it was me who was in your room as the cleaner couldn't open the adjoining room door.
No apology, no refund offered.
Now the owner of the hotel usually responds to bad reviews and I'm sure he will here.
The worst hotel I've ever stayed in and for the price it wasn't worth £25 a night.
