So it is clear that this is still a Grand Master, what it needs is a whole external terrace overhaul outside is the new inside. Try the Dover Sole in La Vernada... fresh and petite.. anywhere which provides Velvet Box cushions to keep ladies bags off the floor just dies it for me ????

The hotel it self is a holiday destination i stayed twice before and if i would go again I’ll just stay in the hotel and relax

The most amazing hotel I have ever been to. The pool was the coolest. Our room I felt like a princess. The staff was amazing. The food was amazing. We had the best time doing a 2 hour hike on property. It was too notch and never wanted to leave. I keep looking at pictures wishing I was still there.

Thank you for the hospitality in your hotel. I enjoyed every minute of it. The kindness, the professionalism, the gardens, the room. I did not have enough time to experience the sauna, squash court etc. so many things to enjoy a longer stay ;-)

La villa d’Este es realmente impresionante, repleta de historia que se siente en cada uno de sus pasillos. El personal es encantador y atento. No se puede esperar más de esta experiencia.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel una notte spendendo piu di 1000 euro non ho avuto l asistenta farmacéutica e per lo piu il servizio al livelli di un 2 Stelle comportamiento personale scadente ottima vista pero si sonó persi quando ho fatto richiesta del servizio in camera con tempo di 38 minuti per un caffe spremuta e ????

L'établissement, bien que bâti sur un cadre exceptionnel, semble s'ancrer dans un passé révolu, imposant à ses hôtes des standards qu'il ne parvient lui-même pas à respecter. Entre un manque flagrant d'équipements, tels qu'une simple machine à café en chambre, et un service qui laisse à désirer, le contraste est frappant, surtout après avoir séjourné immédiatement après dans des établissements comme les hôtels San Clemente à Venise ou l'Armani à Milan, qui incarnent véritablement le luxe moderne.

À part les plus jeunes, le personnel de la Villa D’Este, majoritairement lassé, semble avoir perdu le goût de l'accueil ; obtenir un simple sourire ou un bonjour des concierges à l’accueil relève du défi. Cette défaillance se manifeste cruellement lors de notre dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel, où non seulement un dress code obsolète m'est imposé, mais où le manque de prévenance gâche également l'expérience, culminant dans un moment profondément humiliant.

Le lendemain, 10h30 pile ! la précipitation avec laquelle on nous pousse à quitter la salle de petit déjeuner contraste douloureusement avec l'accueil chaleureux d'une jeune serveuse qui était entrain de me redonner espoir d’un meilleur service, faisant écho à l'indifférence générale du reste du personnel. À mon départ, l'absence de toute tentative de réconciliation de la part de la direction, ou d'un simple geste d'égard, ne fait que confirmer une gestion désinvolte de l'attention clientèle, réduisant ainsi l'éclat de ce lieu magnifique à une pâle réminiscence de ce que pourrait être un véritable service de luxe.
En définitive, ce qui aurait pu être une expérience mémorable au sein d'un cadre somptueux se trouve terni par une série de manquements dans l'attention portée aux détails et dans l'interaction humaine. Cette carence se manifeste non seulement dans le manque de prévenance envers les clients, mais aussi dans une rigidité de pratiques anachroniques, imposées sans le soutien d'un service à la hauteur. Une révision profonde des principes de service client serait impérative pour redorer le blason de cet établissement autrement remarquable.

I really liked the girl at the reception who checked us in. She was very nice, friendly, told us all the possible options for staying at the hotel, does her job very well, it was very valuable to us. And I would really like to mention her work, but unfortunately I don’t know her name.

Bello sontuoso elegante ma alla richiesta di un ombrello e stato richiesto il pagamento di mille euro peccato perdersi in un bicchiere di acqua.

Posto con una vista da favola, da visitare per chi passa da queste parti anche solo per un aperitivo. I prezzi sono leggermente alti, ma valgono il prezzo di accesso al paradiso.

Un po' caro ma sempre al top!

As a wedding photographer, shooting here is simply magical! The rooms are super elegant and the general aesthetic of this villa gives a timeless look to the pictures. The gardens are so huge and well maintained! The mosaic area is a great frame for styled romantic intimate shots. It has a strategic position in the lake and using the private dock you can then easily move around the lake! We recommend staying here with no doubts!

Luogo suggestivo. Un Natale magico.

Per usare un termine teatrale questa struttura è l'étoile de l'hostellerie del Lago di Como, paragonabile solo ad altre due strutture.
Oltre a soggiornare è possibile recarsi presso l'hotel per merenda, pranzo, cena e aperitivo.
Servizio Eccellente: personale qualificato, multilingue, servizio guardaroba, concierge, car vallette, sicurezza all'ingresso.
Ambienti ampi e curati in ogni singolo dettaglio: personalmente sono stato durante le festività natalizie e le decorazioni sono opere d'arte.
Bar, Pasticceria, Cucina: Eccellente in ogni aspetto, personale di sala in grado di consigliare in base ai propri gusti e sfiziosità del momento.
Boutique gastronomica (Pasticceria) all'interno oltre a Private Boutique per acquisti personali (abbigliamento, accessori,ecc.).
Esperienza da ripetere, necessaria prenotazione.
