We've stayed twice. Unbeatable location and great staff. The rooms are a bit tried, but overall we love it. ????

What a charming hotel! The grounds and interiors were beautifully decorated. Our suite had a private terrace with an expansive view of the lake. Beds were comfortable- the bedding and pillows were excellent. The slippers, fluffy towels, and spa robes made us feel right at home. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff went out of their way to make our stay relaxing, and were especially helpful with our pre-dawn departure.

There are many hotels with lake view, clean rooms etc., but what differentiates this hotel is the level of hospitality which is the best I have seen in Italy. Strongly recommended!

Hôtel exceptionnel pour un séjour en famille avec nos 3 petits enfants
A aimé · La situation de l'hôtel, proche du centre, des plages et du départ des bateaux, les chambres et leurs terrasses avec vue splendide sur le lac Majeur, la gentillesse et l'efficacité de l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner pris en terrasse face au lac Majeur, avec du jus d'orange frais. Une bouteille d'eau minérale et une bouteille d'eau frizzante chaque jour alors que beaucoup d'hôtels se contentent de le faire pour l'arrivée.
N'a pas aimé · RIEN - NIENTE Il faudrait être très difficile pour se plaindre, il a fallu faire un petit effort financier pour la différence avec un hôtel standard, mais nous étions avec nos petits enfants et nous sommes heureux d'avoir fait ce petit effort.
