Stanze ristrutturate e pulite, personale gentilissimo. Comodo in quanto la stazione LIMA è di fronte.

La habitación tiene un olor terrible a tubería, y el baño es extremadamente pequeño. Yo soy menuda y no tengo problema, pero un hombre o una persona más alta tendría dificultades para ducharse. Mi habitación da a un patio interior, por lo que solo hay ruidos si los vecinos son ruidosos.
La estructura del hotel es muy caótica y cuesta encontrar los ascensores y habitaciones. Para llegar a la mía es una verdadera excursión.
El desayuno está bien y la localización es buena. Está cerca de la estación Milano Centrale y con una boca de metro en frente, por lo que fácilmente se puede llegar a las atracciones turísticas.

Everytime I’m in Milan I have always just stayed at the Galles Milan. It was previously owned by Best Western and by far the best stay I’d ever have. This was my first time staying here with the changed management as Una chain of hotels own it now. They’ve made a lot of changes now which takes away from the familiarity. The breakfast spread previously used to be grand, the bathrooms were stocked well. Now you’ve to ask should you need anything. The heating racks from the bathroom are gone. I mean I think these are all ways at conserving by the new management which is fine but does take away from your over all experience.
The hotel now works more along the lines of a budget hotel.
However the location still remains great. Adjacent to Lima metro station. Everything is a stones throw away. Milan centrale, duomo and so on. The street outside have pretty much everything you need.
But I feel the staff is the star. I was welcomed by Vivi at the reception who happened to remember me ( I was shocked as my last visit was pre covid so it has been a while) then everyone else I met greeted me with a ‘welcome back’. It makes a huge difference. This was the first time we spent very little time at the hotel but the staff made sure we had a good time. I shall only go back now for the people who take care of the guests at this hotel. They’re the absolute stars. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Just wow, they take such great care of you here. The spa/sauna was great, amazing breakfast and nice multi media options on tv for chilling. We arrived a bit early and wanted to go for a coffee in restaurant, the guys there took good care of us. Thank you to all the kind staff, we would love to come back ❤️

Hotel recomendable si vas a Milán, habitaciones muy limpias y amplias, bien equipado, a 15 minutos andando de Milano centrale estación, lo que lo hace perfecto para ir desde allí a visitar zonas cercanas como Lago Como etc. El desayuno está genial es variado. Justo enfrente del hotel hay una parada de autobús urbano y parada de metro que te acercan al centro en 10 minutos, caminando entre 35-40 minutos. Alrededor del hotel tienes una zona de tiendas de ropa, zapatos y mucho más , también hay buenos restaurantes. Por poner un pero nos alojamos en una habitación de la primera planta y se nota bastante el metro, aunque la verdad es qua al cabo de un rato ya nos habíamos acostumbrado y ni lo sentíamos.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The breakfast was good, the positive was that there was a terrace and we could enjoy the beautiful view, the staff was helpful.
The room we stayed in may have been small, but it was very clean. The only negative thing we can say was that it did not have good sound insulation and you could hear the metro until 12 o'clock and the cars from the street. The internet signal was not so fast. The bar had a lot of variety in drinks and cocktails, and the gentleman working there was very kind and made you feel very at home. The reception staff I can say were very professional in their work and always cheerful and smiling. Unfortunately we did not visit the restaurant. The spa and the pool are a big plus for the hotel, very nice areas and at the same time very clean. We will definitely be back in the future. A big thank you to everyone. Good job!!

Hotel cercano a estación de tren Milano centrale, bastante grande sin embargo las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, mal olor, el aire acondicionado no funciona y cuando se solicitó ayuda en recepción la respuesta fue que no se podía hacer nada.

Vivienne was a total star. Anticipated our needs. Chose us an amazing room. Helped us get to our restaurant across the city during the metro and bus strike. She was like our 3rd sister. Totally 'on it'!!

Good location with metro station (Lima) right at the hotel door. Close walk to Milan central station.
Clean and big rooms. Breakfast was good and is on a rooftop.
There is a bit of noise from the passing subway. If you are sensible with the noise be aware. Around 6 AM noise from subway starts.

Un hotel muy decepcionante. En principio son 4 estrellas, pero parecen más bien 3. Nos tocó una habitación pequeña, antigua y bastante mal mantenida. Se nota que el hotel es bastante antiguo y tampoco se hizo mucha cosa para mejorar su estado. Lo mejor es la ubicación. Lo demás, muy decepcionante.

Me gusto mucho el lugar perfecto para la familia, mi hija se lo ha pasado bien ya que tienen piscina. La habitacion limpia, tienen todo lo que necesitas. Las recepcionistas muy majas, la gente del desayuno rapidos y atentos.

Posizione ottima, con metro rossa subito sotto, servizi e colazione/ristorante di gran qualità!
Non ho dato 5 stelle solo perché sono capitata in una stanza senza bidet.
Per il resto personale gentilissimo, servizi ottimi e cura del cliente top.

Ottima posizione proprio sopra la stazione metro Lima. Camere ampie. Dotato di piscina poco affollata. Prezzi in linea. Ampia scelta nella colazione a buffet. Da evitare i succhi del distributore automatico.

A nome del centro Depilazione e Bellezza di Milano desideriamo ringraziare il personale del servizio eventi per aver organizzato la festa del nostro 40°anno di attività nei minimi dettagli in modo impeccabile. Ricco aperitivo che ha soddisfatto ogni gusto in un ambiente spazioso e confortevole. Una menzione particolare a Beatrice e Antonio che ci hanno accompagnato e servito con professionalità e simpatia durante il tempo trascorso in sala.

החדר היה ממש קטן, גם השירותים והאמבטיה. המלון הוא כמו מבוך וקצת קשה להתמצא. המים בבריכה המחוממת היו קרים.

Très bonne découverte du restaurant spacieux au 6ème étage avec la possibilité de manger sur la terrasse du toit. Cadre agréable avec vue sur la ville. Je recommande leur Chardonnay.

Il faut préciser le repas sur le roof top sinon la vue du restaura en elle-même donne sur les buildings. Repas bon mais rapport qualité prix moyen

Plat décevant quantité insuffisante... le thon était froid et non cuit après notre demande le nouveau morceau était trop cuit et sec ... il a fallu réclamer pour la sauce ... desserts moyens

L'hôtel Galles se trouve à 10 min. à pied de la gare centrale (Stazione Centrale). Situé sur une place (Piazza Lima) principale et donnant sur le Corso Buenos Aires, donc pas loin (à pied ou en métro) du Dôme. C'est un très bon hôtel, accueil professionnel et hall d'entrée spacieux. Les chambres normales sont un peu petites mais très bien entretenues. Si vous préférez des chambres plus luxueuses, prenez les catégories supérieures (avec peignoirs) elles seront un peu plus grandes. Très propres et le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute. La piscine au sous-sol ainsi que sauna (et salle de sport) pourront satisfaire certains qui cherchent à se prélasser en fin de journée après une journée visite ou shopping en ville. Le restaurant au dernier étage de l'hôtel offre une très bonne carte - un peu chère - mais vous bénéficiez de la vue sur Milan.

Situé à seulement quelques mètres de la grande rue commerçante de Milan (Corso Buenos Aires), cet hôtel à toutes les qualités pour satisfaire les besoins des touristes car en plus, la station de métro M1 se trouve à 10m. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible (il y a un réceptionniste 24h/24). La propreté est impeccable, tout comme le petit-déjeuné qui peut satisfaire les envies sucrées, comme salées. De plus, le restaurant où se passe ce dernier, se situe au dernier étage de l'hôtel est permet donc de surplomber la ville à 360° ; superbe ! Quant à la chambre, la literie était très confortable, il y avait assez d'espaces de rangements et la salle de douche était elle aussi, spacieuse.
En bref, une belle adresse à garder pour des prochaines escapades dans la ville de la Mode !

Conveniences and Benefits. You at the entrance of the Lima metro station. Lots of power outlets / USB ports in the lobby. Steps an away from local restaurants ( off the main road). The room had hard wood floors. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for convenient place to stay.
