Stayed at the Sofitel Dubai Palm in 2023 for my birthday and looking forward to going back for some well deserved TLC.Kudos to Sandip Concierge and all the staff for 5 star treatment , hospitality and service.I can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful time, staff were always helpful, especially Salman who went out of his way help us check in early. We arrived early before check in and Salman went above and beyond helping us to get to our room in a timely manner. He was helpful throughout our stay.
The restaurants and food and kids activities were great.
Would definitely come back again!
