Hotel de lujo con un servicio profesional y agradable y una hermosa vista al mar.
Pasando el patio, entramos en este lujoso hotel en el casco antiguo, en un callejón del distrito de Topanas. La decoración es particularmente buscada: un edificio de 600 años de antigüedad perfectamente renovado al gusto de la época veneciana. La suite incluye una cama de cuatro postes y una terraza que da al viejo puerto. Otras habitaciones también ofrecen una hermosa vista al mar. El servicio es profesional y agradable. El lindo patio se mantiene fresco incluso en medio del verano, lo que siempre es agradable cuando se regresa de un día de turismo.

The furniture in the room was a bit outdated, but it was meant to be classic. There was a comfy duvet for winter, which was thick enough to keep me warm.
Olga, the lady who made us breakfast, was such a great host. She was polite and kind. She asked our preference for breakfast. I loved the freshly squeezed juice and the brewed coffee. The beautiful table settings, and she used beautiful glasses and cups, which she took out from a classic kitchen cupboard. I had a glance of their glassware collections, and I saw the photos of their family, too.
The whole stay was memorable. It felt as if I am visiting a friend’s house in overseas that I am not so close to. Highly recommend.
Olga was wonderful, gave us several recs on restaurants (Tamam, for instance) and sights to see. Her English was as good as ours.
The room was spotless and contained antique furniture, a canopy bed, and a small balcony overlooking the small harbor.
Breakfast was very good, with an assortment of fruits, breads, yogurt, and French press coffee.
Definitely recommend.
The Manager, Olga is a treasure , delightful , so willing to assist with lots of questions, re Crete, Car rentals, etc.

It was overlooking the harbour, I had a quiet room which was traditionally furnished and the breakfast was amazing. I was on my own and was made to feel so cared for. It was a wonderful place and took me back in time. - it had a lovely ambiance and was the best place in Chania!
I am a painter and it was perfect and inspiring as a base for Cretan life. I have included a couple of paintings!
