Es una antigua casa de estilo veneciano que ha sido transformada en un encantador hotelito en el distrito de Topanas. Las 10 habitaciones del Hotel Elia Palazzo, algunas estándar, otras superiores, son cómodas y muy agradables. Decorados en tonos pastel y coloridos, ofrecen una buena relación calidad-precio. Un pequeño extra: tendrás una maravillosa vista sobre los tejados. Una buena dirección que satisfaga las necesidades de los presupuestos más ajustados, a veces un poco difícil de encontrar algo asequible en el centro.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, value for money, ιδανικό σε όλα του. Καλό πρωινό, καθαρά και όμορφα δωμάτια, μεγάλα, άνετα. Προσωπικό ευγενικό. Τα 4 αστέρια μόνο και μόνο επειδή στην αρχή μου έδωσαν λάθος κρεβάτι. Διορθώθηκε αργότερα.

If you want something unique you should choose one of Elia hotels in Chania.
Every room is unique, we got our own balcony with chairs and sunbed. The bed had a soft madras with big and good pillows.
Breakfast had that little ekstra we all look for.

Returned to the room arround 2 o'clock but we didn't stay long enough due to an issue with the toilet, that came up. We reported the issue and the lady gave us the option to upgrade us in different location close to first room, since the issue wasn't going to be fixed soon.
New room was 4 minutes walking and with a view to the beautiful old harbour. We were completely satisfied, of how everyone dealed with the issue and with no hesitation. Both locations were pretty clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was served in a different location but really close to our staying, it had variety of things and it was excellent. We will certainly come back and recomend Elia Hotel Group.
