Nous avons été tout de suite reçu, et nous avons rapidement commandé 2 assiettes de spaghettis aux moules. Les plats sont arrivés très vite, et très bon et chaud. A la fin du plats ils nous apporté une généreuse boule de glace à la fraise super bonne à partager (gratuite) L'addition était plus qu’honnête. Si vous souhaitez manger avec une vue mer ou vue port, ce n'est pas la bonne adresse mais pour le reste c'est parfait.

Très bonne adresse pour un repas simple mais de qualité. Pour le déjeuner, nous avions le choix parmi plusieurs plats du jour grecs avec des produits de la mer.
Très bon accueil. Si vous ne parlez pas anglais ils vous montrent les plats voir même les casseroles. On nous a offert un dessert à partager délicieux. Merci.

It's an excellent Fish Taverna and the people running it are genuinely friendly. Very down to earth, no pretentiousness, simply great great fresh fish dishes. Among other things I ate the best mussels I had in a long time there. It was like taking a bit directly out of the sea.
Highly recommended!

Been there two times during our 3-day stay in Chania. Delicious food, nice atmosphere, reasonable prices
Had octopus with tomato sauce, shrimp saganaki, steamed mussels, fried squid. All perfect. Greek salad and cheese crocquets are average, try other dishes instead

Polecam wszystkim którzy mają ochotę spróbować owoców morza. Zdecydowanie warto tutaj przyjść na obiad. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, świeże i ładnie podane. Zamówiliśmy z żoną Sea Food plate dla 2 osób i muszę przyznać, że w cenie 28 € otrzymaliśmy bardzo solidną porcję. Do tego smaczna kawka. W cenie posiłku otrzymaliśmy karafke wody a na pożegnanie dodatkowo w gratisie porcję bardzo smacznego truskawkowego sorbetu. Dziękujemy za obsługę i jeżeli będziemy jeszcze odwiedzać Chania to będzie nasz pierwszy przystanek na kulinarnej mapie miasta.

Restaurant for the locals. Half the price as the harbour, twice as good. Lots of small plates to share. Bustling atmosphere. A great find!

Tolles Restaurant mit sehr leckeren traditionellen griechischen Gerichten. Auch der Hauswein ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Preis-Leistung top und ich komme gerne wieder :)

Cooked food .. lunch at this place .. fish food day.. shrimps with spicy sauce and pasta..which sauce wasn't spicy at all. Cuttlefish with yellow sauce and rice... Cuttlefish fish was very very soft and tasty.. boiled vegetables as usual in Greece are tasty and cheese fried balls.. an average lunch we had at this place .

This place became our lunch spot for the rest of our Chania trip (and we do normally value variety/exploration!) since we found it.

Besides the regular menu, you can select from a precooked/prepared food section that partially varies day to day(which we always chose over the regular menu). This option might not be available for dinner as food is not refilled.

I also love how the owner is a snappy, straightforward kinda guy but also warm hearted!

Delicious food. Very. The only challenge is to pick your options; by the time you reach your table you'll want everything from all the other tables.
I haven't gotten to try the desserts, the portions are generous and we got full way before that. :)

Excellent restaurant. Loved the octopus salad with a little touch of ginger and balsamic vinegar. Loved the ink pasta with squids! Really good ambiance to go with friends.

Πολύ όμορφο εστιατόριο!!Πεντακάθαρη ανοιχτή κουζίνα με πεντανόστιμα πιάτα!!!!
Από το ψωμάκι μέχρι την μπουγιαμπέσα ..τα καλαμαράκια η σαλάτα όλα σπιτικά και γεύσεις απίστευτες!!!Πολύ καλές τιμές μπράβο σας!!!!!

We decided to dinner here today after reading some good reviews. Honestly it is a so so basic resto without signature. My kid found out that we were served with an almost 1 month expired drink (see attached photo). Talked to the man and he said he just bought them. I believe it is not a reasonable answer. I recommend a better quality control to the owner. We are foreigners visitors with young kids and the food safety is the most important to us. The grilled octopus is excellent however.

Επισκεφτηκαμε την ψαροταβέρνα το μαριδακι για θαλασσινά. Δοκιμάσαμε φρέσκα τηγανητά καλαμαράκια που ήταν τέλεια, πατάτες τηγανητές,τυροκαυτερη που ήταν αρκετά στερεή, λαχανοντολμάδες, σαγανάκι με γαρίδες με αρκετά ωραία σάλτσα και φιλέτο ψαριού με σπανάκι και κουκουνάρι και σταφίδες που θα θέλαμε μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στο φιλεταρισμα μιας και βρήκαμε κάποια κοκαλακια, και η πέτσα να ήταν crispy, ωραία ιδέα η προσθήκη με το σπανάκι και σταφίδες και Κουκουναρι αλλά νομίζω θα ήθελε μια διαφορετική σάλτσα για να τα δένει όλα μεταξύ τους.Το φαγητό ήταν οκ , τίμιο, . Από ότι είδαμε έχει και μαγειρευτες επιλογές και κρέατα. Η εξυπηρέτηση γρήγορη, μας άργησαν αρκετά το φιλέτο ψαριού και το σαγανάκι με τις γαρίδες. Γι'αυτα που πήραμε αρκετά value for money επιλογή.

J'aime la cuisine de Maridaki, surtous le poisson de la journée. Ils ont des plates du jour qu'on peu choisir directement dans la cuisine. L'ambience n'est pas très jolie, on mange sur la rue avec du trafic. Accueil gentil.

Vu les commentaires élogieux trouvés sur ce resto nous nous sommes précipités quel erreur ! accueil froid
, remisés à l’étage avec vue sur la route et en fond sonore le bruit incessant des voitures nous nous sommes demandés à plusieurs reprises si nous nous étions pas trompés de resto. Quand à la cuisine rien d’original ni d’inattendu nous aurions êtes mieux directement sur le port. Oubliez oubliez passez votre chemin quel déception !
