Preporučujem oprez pri bukiranju ovog hotela preko buking platformi. Imam potvrđenu rezervaciju hotela preko Agode ali na Agodinom vauceru piše da u slučaju nepojavljivanja prvog dana politika hotela je takva da poništavaju rezervaciju. Imam plaćen večernji let i dan prvi gubim praktično i na upit hotelu od strane mene i Agoda ostajemo bez odgovora da li rezervacija važi ako unapred najavim kašnjenje. Hotel ne odgovara na mejlove. Telefon je van funkcije. Imam utisak da žele da otkažem rezervaciju i da sobu prodaju skuplje. Sramota za ovako visoku ocenu u recenzijama. Ako platite noć više i zakasnite gubite svoj boravak. Protiv zdravog razuma. Za takvu politiku hotela nikad nisam čula. Zaista sramota.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Sehr exklusiv und mit einer einzigartigen Bauweise. Toller Strand jedoch mit Steinen im Wasser, der Strand selbst jedoch mit Sand und daran eine Liegewiese mit Bäumen die Schatten spenden. Viele Liegen. Wir werden schauen ob wir auch eines der anderen hotels der Kette testen werden.

Estuvimos a principios de septiembre. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa, la atención del personal es estupenda, muy hospitalarios y atentos a tus necesidades. La playa privada que tienen es bonita, tranquila y cuidada. Con respecto a la comida, es variada y cambia cada día. Me quedé con ganas de volver así que lo recomiendo totalmente.

Wir waren im Oktober mit unserer Tochter da und es war einfach himmlisch. Sehr ruhig... man wurde sofort entschleunigt.
Trotzdem wurde für die Kinder ein tolles Programm geboten, jeden Abend Kinderschminken und danach Disko. Auch für die Erwachsenen gab es jeden Abend Programm... aber dezent und wirklich schön.
Die Animation war unaufdringlich aber es wurden jeden Tag verschiedene Sachen angeboten.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und auch das Essen war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich... man wurde am Tisch bedient und es gab nie eine Essensschlange oder mal eine leere Schüssel.
Die All Inklusive Auswahl war übertagend. Jedes Getränk... auch Cocktails sind Inklusive und es wurde nur Markenalkohol verwendet.
Es gab genug Liegen am Strand und auch am Pool... wobei diese zum Teil schon morgens reserviert wurden... trotzdem hat man immer ein Plätzchen gefunden.
Das Wasser war Glasklar und man konnre wunderbar schnorcheln... der Strand ist wirklich toll, im Wasser muss man unbedingt Badeschuhe tragen.
Die Zimmer sind tatsächlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns nun gar nicht gestört hat, sie waren Blitzblank.
Kein Hotel zum Party machen aber zum abschalten und mit der Familie entspannen perfekt ❤️

Die Lage ist sensationell und einem fehlt es an nichts. Die Angestellten sind absolute Sprachtalente und kümmern sich sofort. Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, da die Aussicht auf die hoteleigene Bucht und der kleinen Insel perfekt ist. Wenn wir Kreta nicht schon komplett erkundet hätten würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder im Meli Palace buchen.

Super Standort, grandioser Service, perfektes Personal - das wäre 6 Sterne wert.
Die Zimmer, vor allem die Bäder sind gut, die Bäder m.E eine Modernisierung aber angebracht. Alles sauber und gut, aber wer braucht hier eine Badewanne- und die Wände und Armaturen sind in die Jahre gekommen.

Labai, labai skanus įvairus maistas ir kokteiliai. Paslaugus ir draugiškas personalas. Vieta nuošali, tinkanti mėgstantiems ramų poilsį, toli nuo miesto šurmulio. Tvarkingas smėlio paplūdimys. Jūros dugnas akmenuotas, tinka nardyti. Gultus galima paslinkti kur patogiau, ar ant smėlio ar ant vejos po palme. Kelis kartus per dieną važiuoja traukinukas, kuriuo galima apžiūrėti apylinkes.

Ein schönes Hotel, familiär geführt. Vorzügliches leckeres Essen, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, gepflegte Anlage, direkt an der Badebucht.
Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

The points are in no particular order.

PUBLIC AREAS:

Restaurant too small, always waiting 20 min

Outdoor area is reduced/closed from 18:00, pavilion from 17:00. you are only allowed to sit on the wicker chairs in front of the bar. No longer on the loungers at the pool, beach or lawn to read a book. You are very rudely shooed away that the area is closed and the sunbeds are then pulled away by the staff.

Very little entertainment. Only Pilates and in the evening small "show"/live music in the "amphitheater" or the fireplace.

Spa/sports area costs extra! 4€ for the equipment, 4€ the sauna, 4€ the whirpool (price for whole day). Day ticket for the whole area 10€ instead of single 12€ but only on demand.

At A la carte double music, there is always music playing from speakers, location of the pavilion next to the amphitheater, you can hear the show there. Very unpleasant during a cozy dinner

No WLAN in the room, only lobby, very very poor, often no connection. Quasi not usable.

Cocktails very loveless, nothing shaken. Many cocktails from the menu can not be ordered because ingredients are not available.

The toilets at the pool disgusting, stink extremely of old urine, everything rusted, are probably never cleaned, early in the morning sand everywhere from the bathers from the previous day, so not even wiped floor.

No toilets near the restaurant, you have to walk to the toilets at the spa/sports area.

There is a single plastic bottle of water in the room for the whole vacation, you have to refill it in the restaurant or bar at the water dispenser.

ROOM:

Room atrocious, poor condition, walls damp, paint peeling, even on the furniture.
Table is a TV bench on a couch table.
Balcony tiny, shared with neighbors.

Beds are mattresses on 4 legs, no headboard, no footboard. 90cm wide.
Feather light the bed frames, once placed in the middle they slide apart and you fall into the gap.
We actually wanted a room with a double bed, there is probably not.

View from the balcony to the bed, curtain too small, no darkening possible.

Air conditioning is only "on" in 1-3 stages of the fan or off. No temperature control possible.

Toilet is visually very unattractive and toilet seat does not fit the toilet, as soon as you sit down you slide to the right or left along with the toilet seat sideways from the bowl.

Shower water is not warm (on 2 whole evenings!!)

Freshly washed towels smell strongly of cigarette smoke.

Incredible amount of dust in the bed and room. Girlfriend combs her hair in the morning, unbelievable amount of dust combed out of the hair, you can see in the brush.

What you could guess before:

Hotel is located in nowhere. Walk to Sisi 1h through the rocky coast, over the road much longer.

Beach is 50m long and gravel. So no beach walks.

Good:

We spent our honeymoon at this lovely hotel. The staff is very helpful. The food is tasty and varied from day to day. Rooms could use some freshening up. All the public areas are fine and well kept. There was live entertainment every evening. A thing to note that there is no WiFi in hotel rooms, only in public areas. Overall would visit this hotel again for sure.

Tolles Hotel, genialer Strand, ausgezeichneter Service. Zimmer könnten etwas Kosmetik vertragen, fällt aber für uns nicht ins Gewicht.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage und gutem Essen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Unser besonderer Dank geht an Michalis Fourakis vom Restaurant. ????

Hôtel sympathique, très belle plage, activité au top, bonne restauration
chambre un peu vieille mais en rénovation

je rentre de 14 jours là-bas. Hôtel perdu au milieu de nulle part. Personnel très accueillant, nourriture bonne. Plage avec transats mais prévoir chaussures d'eau car il y a des cailloux. 2 piscines (adultes et enfants) , terrain de tennis, un pédalo, des kayaks gratuits et sur réservation. Par contre suivant les chambres les lits sont durs et pas confortables.
