Se encuentra a sólo 200 metros de la playa de Elounda y a 10 minutos a pie del puerto. Sus 38 habitaciones con aire acondicionado incluyen un baño privado con ducha, una nevera y un balcón con vistas al mar o a las montañas y a la piscina. Las habitaciones están limpias y bien equipadas. El desayuno es de tipo buffet, variado y delicioso. Restaurante que sirve especialidades griegas e internacionales. Bebidas, café y aperitivos en el bar de la piscina. El personal es muy amable, acogedor y disponible.

Schwer zu bewerten. Zuerst die guten Dinge. Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders zu loben die liebenswerte, deutsche Dame der Abendschicht an der Rezeption. Danke nochmals für Ihre Hilfe und netten Infos. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, haben einen Balkon. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Das große Bett war vielleicht etwas hart. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und ist per Fernbedienung leicht zu bedienen. Für einen kleinen Aufpreis kann man den Zimmersafe benutzen. Das Frühstück ist ein wenig auf die englischen Gäste abgestimmt. Toast, Eier, Bohnen, Speck und kleine Würstchen, typisch englisch halt. Es gibt aber auch Früchte, Aufschnitt, Käse, Marmelade, Joghurt und Müsli. Bis hierhin alles gut. Aber was gar nicht geht ist das Badezimmer. So klein das man sich kaum bewegen kann. Duschwanne ohne Fliesen, das Wasser läuft nur sehr langsam ab, sodass man bis zum Knöchel im Wasser steht, etwas eklig. Auch die Dusche ist sehr klein und der Duschvorhang bleibt oft am Körper hängen. Das kleine Waschbecken kaum zu benutzen weil das Wasser nach 10 Sekunden bis zum Rand steht. In der Dusche keine Ablage für Shampoo und Duschgel. Alles in allem eine Katastrophe. Schade, wäre das Badezimmer besser, könnte man sich wohlfühlen. Schade auch für das herzliche Personal das sich Mühe gibt.

Never write a bad review for a place but this place deserves it.. upon arrival there were pubic hairs absolutely everywhere- in the bathroom, by the bed, dust and dirt everywhere. You get the sense that the room has not been deep cleaned for a long time. The furniture is old, the room is tiny, especially the bathroom, and the water from the shower goes everywhere even with the curtain drawn. We had to turn the fridge off because it was so loud at night, and the room generally has a smell of sewage(?). The bar which is advertised never seems to be open, or at least it wasn’t when we were there. The pool and the surrounding area also does not look clean. The walls are also very thin so I was thankful I brought earplugs. Our towels weren’t changed until our 5th day which in our opinion was a bit too long, and the cleaners come round a bit too early in my opinion, about 9:30 (one came in and saw me in my pants). Maria the receptionist however was lovely. Overall though the advertisement of the hotel is not accurate whatsoever and we won’t be back. We have been to hotels right in the centre of elounda which are much cheaper and much cleaner.

Οι φωτογραφίες δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με την πραγματικότητα! Το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι απλά κακοσυντηρημένο, αλλά ασυντήρητο! Πολλές φθορές σε όλο το δωμάτιο, όπως ρωγμές στους τοίχους, φθαρμενές πόρτες, η τηλεόραση δεν λειτουργούσε καν και το βασικότερο, υπήρχε σοβαρότατο θέμα με την καθαριότητα τόσο στα δωμάτια όσο και στην πισίνα που κολυμπούν μεγάλοι αλλά και μικρά παιδιά! Ευτυχώς η διαμονή ήταν για ένα βράδυ αλλιώς θα είχαμε αλλάξει κατάλυμα! Πάντως, η κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκε ήταν πολύ γλυκιά και ευγενική!

This is a nice location to stay. Rooms are simple but ok. I would stay here again.
