Una pasada, de 10, por llegar el recibimiento que nos dieron, una sorpresa, una copa de un vino espumoso muy rico, la ubicación es maravillosa, con esas vistas al mar, con la luz que entra por esos pedazo de ventanales,súper tranquilo,muy limpio todo, las camas súper cómodas,las piscinas, una de ellas de agua salada está fenomenal,los desayunos y cenas bufet buenísimos y lo mejor el trato del personal, súper amables, sobre todo Tania y Carlos, nos ha encantado, sin duda para volver y recomendar

What an amazing hotel. Incredible food, comfortable rooms and a top quality pool with a crazy view of the Los Gigantes cliffs. It’s our second time here and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Great hotel in a super location looking out at the sea , the staff were brilliant and the rooms were a great size , the food was very good and catered for many tastes , the pool area was excellent especially as the pool used sea water

We really like coming to this hotel. The location is beautiful with the Los Gigantes cliffs in the background. It's pretty quiet except for the ten days before Ash Wednesday which was 23rd Feb to 3rd March this year. Carnival on in the village square with parades, fireworks, music and dancing till around 4am on many nights! This is fine if your room is seaview as ours was, but noisy if not.
The rooms are a good size and the bed fairly comfortable. We asked for a mattress topper which made a difference.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is great with good variety.
Plenty of pool beds available and it wasn't necessary to hurtle down to bag one though some people still do it!
I really liked the Tui fitness classes which I believe are available at all Tui Blue Hotels. 45 minute pilates, yoga, legs, bums and tums to name but a few. Two good sized swimming pools, one heated a bit but fine if you're swimming.
Overall we like the hotel and location, great for older couples, not much good for younger people as there's little night life here unless the carnival is on!!

Eeeeeek, took a lunch... a salmon pokebowl and left 90% untouched.. awful quality... the sangria on the other hand was OK

hotellet lever ikke op til 4 stjerner. Dårlig service i receptionen og ved ankomst inddrages ens pas hvilket jeg finder virkelig mærkeligt! Maden i restauranten er virkelig slem! værst om aftnen utrolig smagløst og intetsigende.

Ser man bort fra det negative så lægger hotellet ret godt med god udsigt over vandet med pool og bar. Mange forskellige små spise steder som kan anbefales istedet for deres egen restaurant.

Aldersgruppen på hotellet er 60+

We are here now Feb23 to Mar3 in Los Gigantes. This, unbeknown to us is Carnival week, and whilst enjoyable for many, the bands play very loud every night until about 2 am. If you are on the hotel side facing the town square you are going to need more than ear plugs! Open your door and step into the hotel corridor snd there is no noise, but it will be rocking in your room. We requested a quiet room but TUI disregarded this and play games by not informing you of this week long event. We cannot change rooms as none are available they say. This spoils all the good points of being here as we feel we have been "duped".

A quiet hotel (no children) with beautiful views over the sea. Good food with plenty of choice. Lots of exercise classes to suit all abilities and other activities like boules, skittles & table tennis. Good walking and close to the harbour & shops. Spa & gym on site. Highly recommended.

Tres bel hotel super bien situé au bord de l'ocean. Les chambres vues mer ont une vue a couper le souffle !! Hotel reservé aux adultes donc tres calme. Nourriture extraordinaire en buffet le matin et le soir avec show cooking et un chois enorme de plats et desserts. Le seul defaut de cet hotel est qu'il est essentiellement occupe par des anglais plutot ages mais donc tres calmes et tres respectueux ! Je suis rentrée de ce sejour tres reposée !
