Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο! Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. 2 λεπτά από την πλατεία της Παλιάς πόλης. Το πρωινό αρκετά ικανοποιητικό. Δεν έλειπε κάτι. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο. Παρόλο που φτάσαμε αρκετές ώρες πριν το check-in, μας έδωσαν αμέσως το δωμάτιο. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Dies ist ein gutes Hotel in nahezu perfekter Lage direkt am Wenzelsplatz.

Unser Zimmer war okay mit Blick auf den Klostergarten hinter dem Hotel, als Ausgangspunkt für einen aktiven Prag-Besuch ist es jedenfalls gut. Das Frühstück ist nicht besonders, als Vegetarier muss man sich aber zumindest nicht lang überlegen, was man essen möchte.

Rooms are big and spacious, only down side was that the air con didn't work so had to have the window open which meant it was loud as our window was on the front of the strip. Breakfast wasn't great. Would recommend going elsewhere. The only good thing was the cereal.

Wir waren Anfang März 2024 mit einer Reisegruppe für drei Tage in diesem Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist TOP! Unser Zimmer war etwas altmodisch, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad war relativ neu. Alles sehr sauber. Am ersten Morgen schmeckte der Kaffee so, als wäre er bereits einige Stunden lang warmgehalten worden. An den Folgetagen gab es diesbezüglich aber nichts mehr zu bemängeln. Das Essen im Restaurant "Neptun" war gut und schmackhaft. Und das Personal haben wir immer als sehr hilfsbereit und überaus kundenorientiert erlebt. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen.

Great location, 2 mins from Mustek subway, slap bang in the centre of Prague, really good.
Staff were very helpful and efficient , though a little cold. Rooms were good, can't fault the place, would definitely stay again.

La struttura di per sé a qualche punto critico come ad esempio la pulizia delle camere che appena arrivati c'erano capelli sul lenzuolo e sulla tazza del wc, un pizzico di disponibilità in più da parte della reception non avrebbe fatto male ma credo faccia parte del carattere e cultura di dove si va.... Ultima nota e penso la più importante per noi italiani e la tristezza della collazione veramente molto scarsa, invece per la posizione era veramente ottima per raggiungere con facilità tutti i luoghi d'interesse e diciamo che alla fine si chiude un occhio

Great location, the rooms are dated and the corridor to my room had wires hanging from the ceiling and wallpaper falling off... comfy bed... the breakfast.... they had one but... no... overall a good cheap place to use as a base for seeing prague

L unico appunto dolente la colazione, per essere un albergo a 4 stelle un po' scarsina.e per noi italiani di dolce non c'è praticamente quasi niente.

Very clean rooms, tasty breakfast with a lot of choices! The hotel is in the heart of Prague, so you can go everywhere by foot very soon! Perfect choice!

The receptionist left us before finishing the check in, the room was dirty with last costumes leftover in the fridge, higiene products were empty, we had problems with the key card every time we left the room, breakfast was ok.

Sobe su odlične ali mračne.
Usluga solidna ( izuzetno mi je smetalo dok jedem, a na primer prazan mi je tanjir konobar/ica juri da mi skloni to sa stola )
Što se tiče čistoće, katastrofalan smrad kanalizacije se 2 dana širio iz kupatila, bilo je nepodnošljivo.
