Amazing place

Mi è piaciuto molto! Spazi molto comodi e puliti, curati nei particolari senza tralasciare la praticità. Posizione ottima! Ad un paio di minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, secondo me, più bella dell’isola e a 5 minuti di auto dal paese principale, quindi posizionato in un contesto silenzioso tutto il giorno. La proprietaria Maria è sempre stata molto disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Consigliatissimo!

Ringrazio la signora Maria e tutto lo staff per averci fatto passare una settimana fantastica .
La struttura è molto confortevole e comoda .
Abbiamo potuto cenare una sera sotto il porticato , Maria ci ha fatto godere Con le delizie dell'isola.
Colazione ? ALTERNATIVA , ma in qualsiasi caso sono stati pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza.
La camera spaziosa ed arredata con gusto , con una grande terrazza dove potersi rilassare .
Grandi padroni di casa, attenti ai piccoli particolari ,come ad esempio consigliarci dove poter cenare la sera in tipiche taverne ,magari anche un po' nascoste e al di fuori del circuito turistico .

100% recommended. A very well-kept structure with the right attention to details in one of the best locations on the island. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, Mrs. Maria, an exquisite person who reflects the soul of the place with her joviality and elegance.
To sweeten everything, you can enjoy an excellent homemade breakfast with typical and always fresh products.

We had a lovely time during our stay at the end of August. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the location is perfect to move around the island with a car.

We stayed at Althea Boutique Hotel for 8 days with my friend. Τhe experience was really unique, so we decided to extend our stay for 3 more days. The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious! The staff was great and special thanks to the hostess Maria and her three children who were always available and caring. Every morning there was a wide variety of fresh local products to choose from for breakfast, while enjoying the spectacular view from the restaurant… Not to forget the friendly cats that kept us company during our stay ????☺️ Location is amazing with a great view in Amoopi Beach. I have to admit that Althea is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at and we’ll definitely visit again!

Questo posto è semplicemente MAGICO!
Sono 9 anni consecutivi che scegliamo questa struttura come posto preferito per passare le nostre vacanze!
L'atmosfera è sempre molto rilassante, le colazioni vista mare sulla terrazza sono fantastiche e diverse ogni giorno (il loro yogurt greco con la frutta è buonissimo).
Maria (la titolare) è una perfetta padrona di casa, sempre gentile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Inoltre sa sempre dare ottimi consigli su ristoranti o spiagge o eventi per vivere al meglio l'isola di Karpathos.
Abbiamo soggiornato in diverse camere e sono tutte bellissime sempre ben pulite, funzionali ed arredate da Maria con un gusto impeccabile.
Tutta la struttura è davvero molto curata, dai giardini e alle terrazze.
Completano l'opera gli immancabili gatti, a noi molto cari.
Maria e la sua famiglia sanno davvero come coccolare gli ospiti.
Questo hotel per noi è una certezza !

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for a week with my friend. Each corner of this hotel is stunning, well decorated and with attention to details. Our room was so spacious and comfortable with great view to ammopi beach. The breakfast was also delicious made with fresh and local products. We were looking forward every morning to taste the different choices they had. But what makes the difference and add value to the place is the owner Maria and her children, Anna, George and Michail-Aggelos that were always smiling, helpful and willing to accommodate us and cover all our needs.
We will definitely visit again this beautiful place and this beautiful family because one time was not enough!!

Boutique hotel carino, con personale gentile. Camere discretamente confortevoli con il limite di una piccola cucina e poche pentole. Colazione buona servita con garbo. Il motivo principale per cui scrivo questa recensione è la sorpresa di aver trovato sul conto finale della camera (da circa 5000 euro) caricati caffè mai consumati (circa 70 euro), tasse caricate nonostante la richiesta di pagare in contanti e nessuna ricevuta, oltre al fatto che gestivano i conti delle varie camere in modi diversi e del tutto arbitrari (ad alcuni no tasse, ad altri caricate colazioni mai fatte etc). Ma la cosa che vi deve far allontare da questo posto, nonostante il servizio mediamente buono, è l’arroganza e la maleducazione nel confronto che hanno con i propri clienti quando questi gli segnalano gli errori commessi: nello specifico quando, con molta serenità gli abbiamo segnalato che i 70 euro di caffè erano sbagliati perché probabilmente avevano caricato quelli di amici di altre camere, siamo stati accusati di dire il falso e che non era possibile che loro sbagliassero, per poi assistere, di fronte alle evidenze presentate degli errori da loro commessi, a scene che poco si adattano ad un hotel boutique con strappo del preconto della camera contenente la lista ordini… da una struttura di questo livello, che si fregia del titolo di boutique hotel, ci si aspetta adeguato livello nel servizio e nelle modalità di approcciare i clienti.
