Hotel que ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado en la planta del restaurante, junto a una piscina, y bungalows repartidos por un parque.
Muy buen hotel emplazado junto a la bahía. Ofrece habitaciones situadas en el primer piso del restaurante, que colinda con una magnífica piscina, y bungalós dispersos por un agradable parque. Con su terraza mirador y sus vistas panorámicas, las habitaciones a orillas del océano deben ser la primera opción a considerar. El complejo fue completamente renovado en 2017 con la apertura de un spa; los ocho dormitorios y los nueve bungalós están ahora climatizados y disponen de TV. Wifi en la recepción y en las habitaciones. Nuevo restaurante, el Note Rétro, con animaciones musicales de vez en cuando. Organizan todo tipo de actividades y excursiones con excelentes proveedores de servicios externos.

- The electricity and water here are very weak, the air conditioner cannot work, the room is very hot, the light bulbs flash up and down like Christmas lights, the hotel also called someone to check but could not fix it because the electricity was weak. We understand that problem on the island, but when you run a hotel business, you need to be equipped with generators to have a good customer experience.
- The room smelled strongly of paint, as if it had been renovated but not cleaned thoroughly to welcome customers.
- We were very polite not to make a big deal out of it because that night was New Year's Eve, we booked from December 31, 2023 to January 3, 2024, the next morning January 1, 2024 we had to Moving to another hotel, we asked them for a partial refund, but the hotel owner did not agree and said he had no responsibility for the above issues.
Plus, our buffet was served staring from 10:00pm without in advance info
Room :AC no making cool even running, water in toilet very low, too much mosquito, very hot inside
Service: Food is poor, service is very slow

We stayed from 31-Dec-2023 to 3-Jan-2024 and NEVER want to come back even they give free of charge.
L'hôtel Vanivola est de très mauvaise qualité et service :
Chambre : Climatisation pas de climatisation même en marche, eau très faible dans les toilettes, trop de moustiques, très chaud à l'intérieur
Service : La nourriture est médiocre, le service est très lent
Sécurité
- Notre principal critère était de séjourner dans un hôtel avec piscine. Une fois arrivés, nous apprenons que la piscine est inutilisable car elle n'a pas été traitée (On aurait aimé être informés plus tôt). Nous ne pouvions pas nous baigner dans la mer non plus car il y avait des oursins.
- Il se trouve qu'une de nos chambres était en réalité... un débarras avec de la moisissure ! Et elle n'était même pas verrouillée ! Personnellement je n'ai jamais vu ça de ma vie !!!
- Nous avons changé d'hôtel après 1 nuit et la direction a accepté de nous donner une réduction de -15%, mais en partant sur une base de 8 couchages, car nous étions 6 + 1 enfant en bas âge, alors qu'il n'y en avait que 6 couchages, et qu'une des chambres était un débarras.
- Dernière déconvenue avant de partir, ils réclamaient en supplément la taxe touristique, alors que les hôtels suivants avaient des prix incluant la taxe.
Expérience globale très décevante.
