Shout out to our wonderful guide Galina and cool driver Cliff! I booked the "Mahé Wild South" tour and Galina showed me and my boyfriend around Victoria and explained everything we wanted to know in detail. She took care of me when I was getting slightly drunk at the Takamaka rum tasting ????
And she took her time to show us around the Cap Lazare Nature Reserve and the Tortoises’ Pen.
Galina is warm hearted, funny and charming and the tour with her made our day!
I recommend this tour 100%
Info: the guides speak multiple languages, Galina also speaks Italian. If you're not fluent in English, they might have a guide that does speak your native tongue!
And she took her time to show us around the Cap Lazare Nature Reserve and the Tortoises’ Pen.

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice für einen sehr hohen Preis.
Wir wurden von unserem Taxifahrer ans falsche Ziel gebracht und er fuhr einfach weg, obwohl wir ihm erklärten, dass er sich verfahren hat (natürlich hatte er von Beginn an die richtige Adresse).
Erschüttert von diesem Umstand teilten wird unsere Erfahrung unserer zugeteilten „Reiseleiterin“ Aida mit. Aida versicherte uns, dies zu klären und ignorierte danach jegliche Kontaktaufnahme. Höchst unprofessionell und fragwürdig. Bis heute werden wir von Aida ignoriert und haben keinerlei Unterstützung erhalten.
Ich kann Creole definitiv niemandem empfehlen!

Fantastic service, we were completely looked after from the moment we landed until we left. Norma was particularly helpful whilst we visited the Seychelles. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo avuto i loro servizi tramite la ns agenzia in Italia , a Mahe doveva venire a incontrarci il sig Robert ma non lo abbiamo mai visto quindi non abbiamo neanche avuto una proposta di aventuali escursioni da poter fare in loco o dove affittare un auto per essere autonomi , il nostro albergo era in mezzo al nulla e lontano da tutto . Assistente di Praslin Luana è venuta per venderci escursioni di cui comunque non ci ha lasciato nessun foglio riepilogativo e quando abbiam avuto bisogno veramente perché sono stato male e molto contattata la risposta è stata meglio andare in ospedale andate col taxi intanto e a 10 minuti da vs hotel … sinceramente rimango allibito se essere assistenti è solo vendere escursioni .. nessun problema con la signora Anna di là Digue

Transfers, including ferry rides and buses, were plagued by delays, consuming valuable time that could have been better spent exploring the islands. The chosen lunch venue at Le Domaine De L’orngeraie, while intended to be a highlight, proved unwelcoming, treating us like an inconvenience for utilizing the restaurant as buffet guests rather than staying guests.
Adding to the frustration, our guide lacked the expected level of informativeness. While sharing some facts, there was a noticeable lack of communication regarding changes in the itinerary or reasons for delays. This lack of transparency added to the overall sense of disarray.
Sadly, this Creole Service tour seemed to prioritize transit over exploration, providing only a fleeting 20 minutes on the beach while the majority of the day was spent waiting around. We only spent less than 10 minutes looking at the tortoises. All in all, I find it hard to recommend this particular tour, as it fell short of delivering a worthwhile and enjoyable experience for me.
